I haven’t received the dress and no idea when I am getting it .
Have wedding to go on March 19th an honestly don’t want the dress anymore . This is such B.S.

Whoa! I was hoping this website was going to be the Game-changer… based in the reviews and my previous disappointments, I’ll pass. Canceling my order 10 mins later!

I would like a refund on a dress i brought 5min ago due to the reviews i want my refund now.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE THEY ARE FALSE ADVERTISING THE DRESSES ON THE SITE. THE DRESS I ORDERED IS NOT THE DRESS I RECEIVED NOT TO MENTION IT WAS BALLED UP AND WRINKLED. PISSED WITH THIS COMPANY IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT

I haven't even received my order yet and I hate to leave bad reviews but this is ridiculous. I should have read the reviews prior to ordering. I ordered a dress for my daughter for her birthday and paid extra for express shipping so it would be here in time. The shipping was supposed to take three to 10 days. I placed my order on January 4th I received a message on January 22nd saying that my order has shipped? I immediately sent a message asking for a refund they responded and told me to wait even longer for the order to be shipped and if it wasn't shipped in the time to contact USPS... The shipping number provided doesn't even exist!! I feel like I have been completely scamned and my daughter will not have her dress for her birthday. Im so disappointed this is complete bullsh**

THE DRESS WAS ALLEGEDLY SEQUIN BUT WAS ACTUALLY GLITTER FABRIC!!!! THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE CON! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!!!!! They do not have an “easy” return policy. You have to return to CHINA!!!! That costs more than the dress. When I agreed to a 60% refund, they only returned my SHIPPING COST!!! COMPLETE FRAUD!!!!

Last month I bought a white long dress , off shoulder, puffy sleeves, size Small from momycharm , the pictures was really good and I was supposed to receive it on time and useful!!! I wanted to wear it in the beach for my honeymoon,But the shipping last longer and the dress is truly a garbage!!! The material is awful and the top of dress fell down and doesn’t fit at all !!! I asked them to return it and refund my money back! Return Delivery is not free and they insist to keep the dress and refund just 20% of the purchase!!! I am not wearing this terrible outfit and I have to throw it away!!!! Don’t buy anything from this site !!! Products are not as they shown in their pictures!!!

This website is horrible i would not reccomend buying from here at all unless you want to be out money. They send you bad quality stuff and when it says sequins or dress may be different pattern they send you a totally different dress. when I try to work with the merchant to get my refund she wont provide a label and she expects me to pay $65.00 USD to ship it back to China when my order wasn't even that much so they just want to screw customers and steal your money. The quality of this product is bad itself. I would not wear their dresses anywhere they look nothing like the pictures. Fraud don't buy and waste your time with momycharm! The merchant will not give me my full refund best she could do was 10% which is not ok the shipping itself was that amount so this site is a ripoff.
