What a scam website. I ordered 2 dresses and one jacket and what I received was nothing like what was on the pictures.

There is a reason the amazing looking clothes are being sold so cheap! It’s because the cr@p they are shipping out is something you would buy at the dollar store for $3. The fabric is a super cheap imitation of what they think might look like the dress you ordered.

If you watch the baking show “nailed it” where they start off with what a professional chef made (ie. the pics you see on the website), and then the amateur people make what they can, the latter is what you should expect, when you receive your package 4-6 weeks later.

They refunded me half the amount I paid for ($48 since the cost was $96), but I honestly would not have paid $48 for the 3 pieces of garbage that I will never be able to wear. Would have rather gone to Marshalls and bought myself some Michael Kors shoes for $48.

On top of that, the credit card I used where the money was refunded got fraud charges a day after I got the refund. I very rarely use that card (like once or twice a month for non standard purchases), so there is no doubt in my mind that it was directly compromised because of my purchase from this website.

BUYER BEWARE!!!

How much do you want to bet I will get the below response from the momycharm team after I post this review? They don’t even know how to specifically address the concerns from every single review. One review post on Mar 31 gave the order number, and they wrote exactly the same “give us your order number and we will process your case”. F@king ridiculous.

PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY.

I wish I had researched this company but the ad came from Facebook so I trusted, first mistake in sure. Immediately I have a question about the shipping date. I had an order number put that in my email. I paid via PayPal, who I don't know WHY still works with this site, I'll be done with PayPal too. They responded to my email Response was I'm sorry cannot find your order, WITH their order # they asked for PayPal transaction ID I send that, STILL can't find my order. I look for cancelation option, not easy to find and says to fill out application but cannot cancel if already given a tracking number so if item shipped you can when it arrives but minus the shipping fee. There is NO application to cancel. So I emailed them AGAIN with proof I've tried to cancel, since NO shipping information provided day 3 and proof they can't"find" my order, proof no tracking# etc. Funny I get a text after I send that email I woke up to a text my order has shipped JOKE and give a tracking number.... tracking number unfounded SEVERAL times I've tried. Total scam and PayPal may be in on it. I'll be back to write a review about PayPal if not settled from PayPal. Capital One will refund me I'm sure, hopefully they stop allowing transactions through PayPal too. Cannot trust these 3 in my opinion, Facebook PayPal and Momycharm.... found the exact dress for 10 dollars cheaper in Light in the Box, I've ordered from in the past and no issues. I received a confirmation as promised right away in my email then a shipping confirmation with legitimate tracking number. Use LIGHT IN THE BOX not MOMYCHARM and RESEARCH don't trust Facebook ads or any other, I wish I had come here FIRST!!

awful. I order my wedding dress got it in a few weeks however this is a scam website that will steal pics from other sites and send you the mock version. I found the same dress same picture on a us website the dress i got was not the same material missing the bling design on the top and I am asking for a refund. I will never do business with them

If you value your hard earned money, you will avoid this company like the plague. Their return policy is nonexistent - even when it's is their fault. I had to pay $27 to return my item back to China!!!! That's half the cost of the item!!!! Save your money and purchase the same item from Amazon which is faster with free returns!!!

Decided to google this company after making a purchase. I will be requesting a refund from my bank. I thought Paypal was a trusted source but yet they are involved with all the scammer sites.

Placed my order. Recieved the first confirmation and then nothing else since. I've emailed. I've sent a chat but nothing. It's a shame that people scam ithera fir their hard earned money. I hope paypal.will gives my money back!!

I ordered a dress five days ago and it is fine, but when I want to ask questions I never get an answer. So far I have not received any email saying that my package is coming and I am worried because I have seen a lot of bad comments about this store.

Update: I cancelled my order without any problem and they responded to every email I left. I had not received any email because my package had not been shipped yet so my only complaint is that they take a long time to ship the order because they only work Monday through Friday. They told me that if I thought it was taking too long I could ask for a refund and they gave it to me the same day so I have no complaints. Only that you have to be very patient.

Horrible!!! I picked my dress based on reviews on their page! Those reviews are lies! The dress I received was nothing like the picture, nor even close! I have reached out to them and PayPal for a refund. Don’t be fooled by this page! The dresses are not like the pictures! I wish I could attach pictures to this so you could see.

I tracked my package today and it stated it was delivered. I did not receive anything. I paid for express shipping in hopes of getting my package before I attend a wedding. Had i read the reviews i promise I would have never spent a dime on this website. This is unacceptable. Here's my order number since i see you guys ask for it in auto message. So unprofessional!

LIVID!!!! I placed an order on your site and have not received any email notification about my order. However the money was taken out of my acct via Paypal. I paid $149.20 including expediting shipping due to an event I am attending. 
Your site does not have any contact information to find out about my order. There is no phone number other than an email address and a chat where I keep getting this message: We’re currently unavailable. We’ll get back to you when one of our operators is able to respond. Please provide your email address so we can get in touch with you.

I also see where other people have been experiencing the same issue after seeing reviews about your company. I have sent an email to support@momycharm requesting cancellation and refund. This is unacceptable. NOTE: this site does not allow to put the entire email address on here.

The products are cheap quality, and not as pictured. They show a picture of an item with good quality and send you cheap replicas.. the items delivered are not even worth wearing. Rags to clean with.. polyester low quality..

I ordered two dresses from here, still haven’t received a tracking number. Paid using PayPal and have no idea how to track my dresses.

This website is the absolute worst in terms of quality of clothing, customer service and shipping times. Do not order from here. The items come from China and take 3-4 weeks to arrive. I placed an order for 4 items and not one fit me well. They all came 2-3 sizes smaller and are made for petite people so everything is too short. I’m not sure how to return them. I wasted my money but you don’t have to do the same.

Unfortunately I didn’t read these reviews until after paying $45 for a dress I wanted for my gender reveal. I did a ton of research on this site & the dress I was wanting, & found the same dress on a website called Momnfancy with the same fake reviews on it, & another page called Lukalula that HUNDREDS have been scammed on. They advertise fake products they don’t have & send you garbage looking items that take forever to arrive!!!

I emailed support to cancel. I hope I can get my money back :(

UPDATE 3/13/22: I received my full refund back. I am very grateful they canceled my order & paid me back in full. I guess they might be getting better? But they still false advertise which is unacceptable!

I am LIVID. If I could leave no stars I would. This website is a whole scam. I ordered three items and paid for expedited shipping for $100 total, still nothing in the mail and the status says unfulfilled. There’s no one available to talk to and they said they are not giving refunds at this time! 😡 PLEASE tell people NOT to buy from this fake site!
