Do not use this service. They did not do the job properly and had to return to complete basic things like dusting. Matthew who seems to on board new clients is beyond rude. When I asked to discontinue any future services he argued. Then on the phone he became angry that I wouldn't reconsider he proceeded to hang up. Find a different company and save yourself the aggravation.

Dangerous drivers. Today at around 11am. The molly maid for Epsom Surrey with someone else in the car was driving at 40-45 MPH through Ewell village in a 30mph zone with kids around. I have sent the dashcam footage to Surrey police. If you value your family sack this cleaner

Kitana & Ianeta cleaned my house on May 16 th. I did not know that my wooden floors could shine as much. A friend thought that it was a brand new wooden floor.
Everything else was super clean.

I was quoted for 3-4 hours, and I was ok with the highest quote at $375. However, the ladies cleaned for 3 1/2 hours and I was charged $457! The cleaning wasn’t complete, even though I had talked to the office about what to prioritize. It’s like they did the opposite of what I asked! They spent more time on the microwave than the rest of the kitchen. Yes, the microwave was bad, but it was not a concern since I am replacing it soon. They also spent more time upstairs than down, when we prioritized the downstairs over the phone. My mother is moving spaces after her surgery, so I wanted the downstairs to be nice for her when she gets home from the hospital.
I could understand if there was only one person but it’s a team of two! I feel ripped off and most definitely won’t be using or suggesting this company in the future.

An aside, the three most recent teams assigned to me, a little disapointing, I am not certain either team member spoke English. Anything more than hello seemed beyond scope.

Sareen and Kerry do a fantastic job of cleaning my house, nothing is too much for them.

They are prompt and consistant in their job and do it to the best of their ability.

I would recommend them and Molly Maids to anyone.

When i move house i will be looking at using Molly Maids in my new area of Gosport.

*Disappointing Service for the Price -

I paid $130 for a cleaning service from Molly Maid, but the results were far from satisfactory. Not only did they leave behind cat puke stains on my floor, but they also failed to communicate important limitations upfront—like not doing dishes or moving items (only cleaning around them). Additionally, I specifically requested couch vacuuming, which they didn’t do. For the price, I expected thoroughness and transparency, but unfortunately, neither was delivered. Would not recommend based on this experience

Absolutely the Best Cleaning Company in Las Vegas!

I have to say, Molly Maid is one of the best cleaning companies I’ve ever experienced. After purchasing a home in Henderson last year, I tried five different cleaning companies, and they all fell short—overcharging for every little thing and making me feel like I was paying "12 legs and 5 arms" just to get the job done.

Then I tried Molly Maid for the first time, and wow, what a difference! Karen and Karla were absolutely amazing. If I could give them 20 stars, I would. The job wasn’t small, but they worked quickly, efficiently, and got everything spotless. What I loved most was that I didn’t have to micromanage or point out what needed cleaning—they just took care of it all without a single complaint.

Hands down, Molly Maid is the best cleaning company I’ve personally experienced in Las Vegas. If you’re looking for reliable, thorough, and professional cleaners, look no further. Karen and Karla are rock stars!

I recently used Mollie Maid for home cleaning services, and unfortunately, my experience was far from what was advertised. The company presented itself as professional and reliable, but the service fell short in several areas.

Firstly, the cleaning quality was subpar. Basic tasks that I expected to be completed, such as properly dusting surfaces and thorough bathroom cleaning, were either rushed or missed entirely. It seemed as though the staff were more focused on getting in and out quickly than on providing a thorough clean.

Secondly, the pricing was deceptive. What was initially quoted to me as an estimate quickly ballooned once the cleaners arrived. I was not informed of the additional charges beforehand, which made the entire process feel misleading and dishonest. This lack of transparency is unacceptable, especially when dealing with a service that involves entering one's home.

Overall, I found the experience disappointing. The service did not live up to its advertised promises, and the surprise pricing left a bad impression. I would not recommend Mollie Maid to anyone looking for a reliable and transparent cleaning service.

I approached Molly Maid in Belfast to clean my 2 bed apartment on a fortnightly basis, and do to a deep clean first. I was asked to pay 200 up front for this. The work still has not been done. Once I was booked for a date I said I couldn't do, the next time the team did not arrive at the time I was given and I had to leave. I have asked for a refund as I employed another cleaner but have still.not received the money. I would avoid this company completely

I absolutely love them. After 4 surgeries, I need help keeping my home clean! I have used their services three times. Every time, they have left my home spotless! This time, the team, Rosemary and Ruth cleaned my home! They were so sweet and my home is spotless! Thank you Molly Maid for always doing a fantastic job!!

Recently thought I'd give Molly Maid a try. 19/2/25.
1 bedroom smallish 1st floor flat within a complex for folks over a certain age. for a service of 1 and a half hours (which I originally asked for 1 hour as there were 2 operatives) I was quoted £130.00. I challenged the price as this was over double the price their nearest competitor charges. was then given well rehearsed spiel. obviously some folks would fall for this scripted nonsense. Emailed them and explained my grievances, resulting in yet another scripted reply.
It's worth doing your homework as you'll save money.
Now with one of their competitors at less than half the price.

Molly Maid Knutsford - terrible experience, never again .. more interested in charging too much money and not doing a good job. When I complained to the owner about the service I’d received and the cost which by the way I would have been quite happy with had they done a good job, the owner explained how she has to pay holiday pay and pensions … really of no interest to me when they can’t carry out a good job! Had I not been so pushed for time moving out of my house I would have done the cleaning myself. Note to self … don’t ever use a company like this again, not interested in the customer experience just taking your money, will find an independent cleaner in future 😉

Paid you £500 for £450 job in 2024 when the girls cleaning were being paid minimum wage. Refused to refund the £50 for a job - I have the email quote.

The team showed up unprepared and had to leave and come back the next day. 2 girls instead of 3 came back the next day.

I would never use the Belfast franchise version of MM company again and I will feed this back to head office and make sure future customers know.

Emma in Belfast as the team leader or whatever has not only given a terrible customer service experience but you have also obfuscated and lied. DO NOT USE. Far better local cleaners out there than these chancers.

I hired Molly Maid to do a move out cleaning. My house was COMPLETELY EMPTY. New carpets were being installed the next day, and I instructed them that they didn't have to vacuum the carpets. There was no furniture in my house to move. Please tell me why I was called twice at work and asked for 30 more minutes each time. I still had working cameras mind you. After claiming they needed more time to finish my EMPTY house, I assumed they were being truthful. When I finally get off work and go check the house, I could do nothing but laugh because I didn't want to cry. They must've spent the day relaxing because I had to have friends come help me clean and I have pictures to show how dirty my house was left. Not a single window, baseboard or dirt spot cleaned. The same soda spill that was left in my fridge is still there (intentionally by myself). I won't even get into the ridiculous amount I was charged for them to do nothing, and I demand accountability. These people did absolutely nothing and I still had to clean my house.

I was told that the cleaning would include windows, baseboards, spot clean of walls, vacuum of couches, floor wash, etc. They left early before I got home to do a walk through and I found that none of the couches had been vacuumed underneath and none of beds had been vacuumed underneath. There was hair and dust balls under all of our furniture. They also hadn’t removed the couch cushions to vacuum underneath, which they said they would do on the phone when I booked a “deep clean”. Nothing looked like it had been moved. There was also dust on picture frames on our walls and not a single wall was spot cleaned like they claimed they would do. I could have done a better job myself alone than these two people did in 3 hours. They basically just did a quick dust, vacuumed the floor they could see, and left everything else. When I told them about the issues they discounted me $20 on an almost $500 bill. Find a different service.

I have been using Molly Maids for many years for a rental property I own in Phoenix. I thought I had a rapport with them as a customer.
The last service 13 weeks ago was OK and they sent someone back.
This time was horrible. Let the one star speak for it's self, they just lost a customer

I called Molly's maid service to clean an uncle's apartment when he was sick and in the hospital. It is a Small one-bedroom apartment, and they charged $248 for two ladies and two hours of work.
For my home, it was only our first floor. Granted, its a bigger home but only has four rooms. She sent three women to squeeze more cleans in and charged me $372 for the two hours. Are these people delusional with their pricing? Wow, Ive never paid this kind of pricing in my entire life. It's so expensive and not worth the money.
