Ian smith, what a brilliant colleague you have there.
He broke down the course so i fully understood where to find information.
Also, found out that i didn't have the right items loaded up and sorted that for me.

Ian was great and really helped me to access to VLE and our servers are based in Luxenberg so it makes it appear that we're not based in the UK.

Speedy response & fix

I had an issue with gaining access, due to my organisation restrictions. Ian from the VLE Helpdesk had this sorted within 25 minutes for me.
The communication from the beginning has been great, and Ian has made it so easy for me to continue with the course with clear and simple to follow instruction.

Great Support

Great support from the team regarding questions and enquires! Both Julie and Ellen helped me through the process of enquiry and registration with clarity and patience, I really appreciated the support they provided. It definitely helped weigh in my decision in wanting to study with MOL because of their helpful advice and guidance through the process of enrolling!

Very happy with the support I received…

Very happy with the support I received specifically from Ian- VLE helpdesk.

He responded to my query very promptly and has been very efficient in directing me on how to look for my next module, which I was unable to see at 1st glance.

Julies and MOL Went Above and Beyond During a Difficult Transfer

I can’t thank MOL and especially their qualifications adviser, Julies, enough for the support I’ve received during a very stressful time. As a manager working towards my CIPD Level 7 qualification, I was devastated when my previous college unexpectedly stopped delivering the course halfway through.

Transferring over to MOL was the best decision I made. From the start, Julies has gone above and beyond to help facilitate the process, consistently chasing my previous college (who were very slow in providing the necessary transfer documents) and keeping me updated every step of the way. There communication has been outstanding, always professional, reassuring, and proactive.

Thanks to Julies's dedication, I’m now successfully enrolling with MOL and finally back on track with my studies. It’s clear that MOL genuinely cares about their learners’ progression and success. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, supportive provider for their CIPD qualifications.

Thank you again, Julies and MOL, for turning a really difficult situation around and helping me move forward with confidence.

Easy to enroll and good initial support

The team at MOL Learn (Ellen/Julie) were really helpful and responsive. Had a really good initial conversation with Ellen who gave an overview of the course and what to expect, which helped in deciding this was the right qualification/provider for me. An easy process to get enrolled on the course. Looking forward to starting my learning journey.

Support was incredibly swift

Support was incredibly swift. I received a reply within a minute, which honestly surprised me haha(in a good way). Ian was very helpful and polite throughout the process. I really appreciate the efficiency and hope to always be supported by Ian in the future.

A productive and enjoyable collaboration

Beckie at Total People/MOL has been an incredible support over the last 2 years, consistently sharing progress updates for our Graduates and Apprentices working towards their CIPD Level 5 qualifications. Her personable nature and informative manner during our regular catch-ups have truly been a highlight for me.

Beckie has always been responsive in her emails, ensuring that our learner reports are delivered in a timely manner. Her dedication and efficiency have been greatly appreciated.

I am confident that we will continue to have a productive and enjoyable collaboration.
