My experience was bad
It was a terrible experience. You weren't clear with me. I wanted to buy perfumes from Assaf, but when I completed the transaction, money was withdrawn from my account for no reason! Suddenly, I found myself subscribed to a service I don't know about and don't want! How is this possible? I'm furious and upset about this. Please be honest in your advertisements; this is unacceptable! I want all the money withdrawn from my account returned.

I purchased a product from another website and was accidentally signed up to subscription with mogulgarden. I emailed them about the situation and got a response very quickly. Imani was very polite and sorted out a refund straight away.

Clarifying the transaction
I ordered a product (backpack) online through a page called Superdeal and was confirmed a subscription to Mogulgarden. I don't know why it became Mogulgarden. The backpack never arrived.
After contacting them using the online assistance to clarify what actually happened, I received an email confirming that I would receive a refund which arrived a few days after. Unfortunately it was not the full amount, I received 11.54euro and 9.99euro still outstanding.
