Ordered a dreamy pod chair from a shop on tictok on a shop called modifra threw the shop app for delivery and it was due to be delivered on the 25th March. And I received a small piece on rubber about the size of a 5 pence in a small grey envelope with the same tracking number I was given and it definitely wasn't my dreamy pod chair. I cannot get in contact with the company modifra. I am disgusted
Only just found about this company even though they was powered by shopify and on tictok look like I won't be getting that chair for my daughter birthday that should of arrived this week now have to do a indemnity claim through the bank

Very sad to have spent money on this website buying a “dreamy pod” chair. After seeing multiple adverts for this website and specific product, I trusted the website.. two days after I purchase the website is gone and no where to contact to get money back! Will be claiming my money back from the bank on Monday! From a very annoyed “customer” also if you look them up on TikTok it appears they change their brand name every so often to con more people with the same item..
Ordered a dreamy pod chair, paid £36.90 and I received a cable tidy instead. Contacted them directly and they said they'd refund but nothing received, had to make a charge back through the bank instead.
