I’m a returning customer but will never shop here again. My previous experience was good but Enquired about a 200cpsi b48 downpipe mid of October, was promised that the downpipe would be available early to mid November, during my enquiry, the replies to my emails came within minutes, ordered the downpipe, but it’s almost December, no updates received on the order, tried to contact numerous times via email but received no replies, no communication at all, still missing my order.

Terrible after sales service! AVOID!
I ordered an M4 CS style bonnet which took four weeks to arrive and when it did the box was severely damaged. I notified them the next day of the damage, I then had to email them a further three times before they finally replied four and a half weeks later!
Because it took them so long to reply to my email the courier's insurance wouldn’t cover the damage. They have refused a refund/return and haven’t offered any compensation to have the damage repaired by a panel beater. They did offer me a replacement bonnet but I would have to pay for and organise my own courier and assume all responsibility after I had already paid for this.
I would highly recommend taking your money elsewhere and with 43 other 1-star reviews I’m not the only one!

Still haven’t received one of the 3 items , company has no contact number to follow up where my item I paid for is, emailed at least 6 times over last 4 days with zero correspondence, massively poor communication for customers paying with hard earned money
Awesome experience
I messed up my order by ordering the incorrect lug bolt size and also ordered 5 sets instead of 4.
I quickly sent an email to their customer support and within a week my issue was resolved and also got the refund for ordering the extra set.
I was very happy but if there is something they can improve is to respond to the email. When I raised the issue, i didnt received any confirmation. The issue was resolved within a week but there was not much communication.

Online stock status is a lie to take your money and combined with their strict "no refund" policy to keep your money even though they cant promise when you'll get your purchase.

No aftersales care at all, a bunch of indoorsman sitting at home being keyboard warriors, no knowledge about their product, customers: Find yourselves a real store rather than this online sh t, you simply have nowhere to claim your losses!

It's a very stupid anti-fraud system. I haven't experienced online shopping I need to provide customers with a photo ID. What’s matter about 2 name. Why does my username need to be the same as my driver's license? You are just an online merchant. What qualifications do you have to force customers to provide proof of identity? (if I don’t provide photo id they will hold my order until I send photo id to them )It's really outrageous. really bad service.

The tune that I bought was amazing and it worked perfectly with my BMW.
The only thing is it took a bit longer than I expected to get my activation key and communication with the company wasn’t that fast as it was hard to get a hold of them.
