Dishonest, dismissive, disrespectful. I purchased over 2k worth of parts from MODE and one of the parts in particular was missing a number of hardware fittings. These were specialty fittings and rendered the intake (and my car) inoperable without them. I sent images and explained the issue, and was essentially told 'it was not their responsibility that I didn't know how to work on my own car' and to 'go buy the missing parts from any hardware store'.

The missing parts in question amounted to about $8, but it was the principle.

With further research I have since learned their products are simply Ali Express items that they pay to have branded with their logo. MODE don't do any development or testing, they are just a drop shipper.

Either skip the middle man and go direct to A.EX or go to someone who knows what they're doing and cares about their customers.

Mode supply accurate descriptions, quick response to questions, and quick postage.

This has been an absolute joke have supplied all required info of my vehicle have sent multiple emails regarding and have received very very poor service my order dates back to 21/09/2024 has taken ages just to get a simple gasket which OK Ill live BTW still haven't received but then the poor fitment of the exhaust or more the poor quality of the exhaust clamps supplied which have emailed regarding the issue no response even the exhaust tips supplied don't fit as there too large and then the registration code for bootmod3 have emailed multiple times and still haven't received so pretty much I want what I have paid for which was just under 10K in total so yea pretty dam annoyed

I ordered a tune bundle on the 31 December 2024, so far I didn’t receive no answers back on my emails I sent , they took my money and never gave me an update of what’s going on with my order , it’s very poor communication, am not happy at all , I need my tune bundle as soon as possible ! After 1 hour from this review I got answer back from Mode , thanks Mode , am happy now 👍, am still waiting on my OBD wifi adapter as well , can I please know when am getting that tool please ?

MODE had delivered some spacers to me, but a pair did not fit. The reason is that my car had unusual hub dimensions. MODE immediately helped and offered to send 2 sets of alternative sizes to Dubai, FOC! This was HUGELY appreciated, and their communication was clear and helpful.

Avoid like the plague. Sent an item that doesn't fit and then charged a 20% restocking fee for a refund. An exchange was offered but with a 2-3 week lead time.

I ordered my downpipe from the website as it said they had 2 in stock on Nov 7th, then got a email saying. tis son back order and will be delivered december 15th, i was okay with this but then i emailed again couple days before december 15th and asked whats the update and now the apparently it’s coming january 15th… I am extremely disappointed in the updates for delivery and it will be 2 month a before i receive my product. I’ve already cancelled appointments with my mechanic twice and emailed mode, but they are yet to reply. I not even a hater cause i bought so many products from them before and just this they messed up on but they are not even contacting me regarding it.

After a slight error with the email confirmation the team contacted me direct and my order was dispatched immediately, great service and follow up.
