Purchased the stealth folding mobility scooter, it’s great! Folds small, easy to use and so far seems good suspension and can handle slight slopes in the pavement. Head lamps are amazingly bright!
We did get a little confused when initially would not start, but then realised there is a switch on the battery to turn it on.
Delivery was exceptional, received a text informing me of time window on the day of delivery and was delivered by a very helpful driver.
Contacted mobility plus as needed the documentation that battery is airline friendly and they sent this promptly.
Great company and great service all round!

Read the small print, the chair I ordered was not as described, too small and they took £55 for return, I truly believe it is unlawful to punish disabled customers when they are unable to visit stores to check chairs out first, last time I ever order from them

The lady at Nottingham was very friendly competent and not at all pushy.The order was placed with minimum effort in relaxed atmosphere followed by regular updates on delivery which arrived next dat brilliantly packed and in allotted delivery time.Excellent service throughout thank you.

Plus which came very quickly but, unfortunately was too wide for some of my doors and had to be returned. My refund was dealt with efficiently and
promptly and I would. not hesitate to buy another wheelchair n the future.

The people that I dealt with couldn’t have been more helpful from start to finish. Also when they received the wheelchair, the engineers were very quick to repair and send it back.
