It is a great wheelchair for my husband easy to use cheaper to maintain the tools that comes with it are top quality the delivery was smooth it was in great condition when arrived

Excellent service and advice. The wheelchair was delivered on time. It was well packaged and the parcel also included other items ordered. I was kept informed about my order at all times and have since taken delivery of an extra battery and connector. I received the same excellent service. Chair arrived on time but the order not complete waitingʻ for spare battery no date when this will arrive

I ordered an electric wheelchair from Mobility
Plus which came very quickly but, unfortunately was too wide for some of my doors and had to be returned. My refund was dealt with efficiently and
promptly and I would. not hesitate to buy another wheelchair n the future.

The people that I dealt with couldn’t have been more helpful from start to finish. Also when they received the wheelchair, the engineers were very quick to repair and send it back.

The product is excellent but lack of information about delivering separate parcels and heating remote not clearly displayed but other than that will definitely use yourselves again.

A very easy process to order. Driver was very polite and helpful, offered to bring the package in for me. I had a query so I did an online chat again very helpful and sorted my query

Booked appointment to review lightweight power wheelchairs which could be lifted into car boot despite my disability.
Staff extremely helpful and showed me 4 models letting me test them and importantly folding them and lifting into car.
Came away with my choice and very happy.

I have dealt with many mobility company and. Mobilty plus wheelchairs have go up and beyond a piece of equipment was missing that I had paid for. However when this was noted mobilty plus wheelchair could not do enough but to put the mistake right. You only know how good a company react to a fault and mobility plus wheelchairs were excellent .

This company was amazing, is amazing even, had a problem with my scooter and they fixed, no questions asked and gave me a new battery, and i return the old one. They even organised a dat and day for collection. Very efficient very prompt and would definitely use them again.
