Show room was excellent with a test track fo the more versatile scooters /powerchairs although I would have liked the track split so you could try a scooter on an incline that wasn’t suitable for non compacted gravel so could just try it on that part. Would have got five stars had they kept us more up to date with our order as scooter in req colour was out of stock but received no information and had to call them and then totally out of the blue received a notification from courier at very short notice luckily I was able to be home ta accept delivery. But would not hesitate to use again in the future or to recommend to others. All in all very satisfied

Your customer service is excellent. We had a problem with the battery charging pack not working. So email josh and told him what was wrong he sent a new unit out with in 24 hours. My wife new scooter is now up and running happy day's.

We ordered a triangular walker with a seat for my mum. It arrived within timeslot and I put it together with ease...the only tricky bit was attaching back wheels as instructions not clear so I looked at a photo online. Sadly, on trying it out, the seat was too small and the handles created a vice like grip on her. I think it suits very thin people. I sat on it and had same problem..it was like having a vice on you. The return was smooth. I phoned and was told who would collect and on which day. The refund was paid shortly after the return. I would buy again from this company. Just waiting to see if can find larger triangular one with seat

Always been amazing with me. The quality of their products are second to none in my opinion. Where else can you buy a decent wheelchair for these prices! As well as having affordable, good quality products, their customer service is at the top of anything I’ve ever experienced before. I lost the leg strap off my wheelchair at the garden centre and I wanted to purchase a replacement, but they wouldn’t have it and gave me one, shipping it the same day. It was my fault I lost it too. If all that isn’t enough, they use decent delivery companies to deliver their products too. Couldn’t ask for more. Totally blown away. I won’t go anywhere else for my wheelchairs and anything else they sell. You can be sure that they’ll look after you long after you’ve made your purchase. My wheelchair is still going strong and looks and performs as new. I’ve lost a massive amount of weight in the last year, so I’ll eventually be looking for a replacement, it’ll be this place where I’ll be getting it from. Thanks so much.

I have nothing but praise for the team at Mobility Plus. They dealt with the return of my wheelchair for repairs and service with efficiency, friendliness and courtesy, and did a great job. I was charged a very reasonable rate, and my chair is as good as new. I can't thank them enough for their kindness and help in getting me mobile again.
