Worst organization and poor client service
I planned the technician intervention to install the wifi box 3 weeks in advance as I’m moving out to a new place and do homeworking only. Three days before I move out I receive a message from mobile viking that “unfortunately” the need to reschedule my appointment. Therefore, I will be left one week without wifi while I’m homeworking. Not trusting them anymore.

The service is good! Especially for international students.
The service is good! The speed of the Internet is fast, and the app is easy to use. By exploring different functions, I could have a clear understanding of the usage of my package (10 euros / month, 8GB data and so on). For me, what is really convenient is that I could apply for a Vikings SIM card with my passport, instead of my residence card. Because when I first arrived, I needed to apply for the residence card. Therefore, with Vikings, I did not need to wait for the card. I could get a new phone number and SIM card just with my passport online in a few days. And that attracts a lot of foreign students to use Vikings. 🙂
