No possibility of purchase revocation. Bad customer service

I have resigned from the internet within 14 days from the purchase in line with EU regulations AND instructions from the Mobile Vikings website. I have sent back the router within the deadline.
However, Mobile Viking’s did not acknowledge my revocation of the purchase and charged me for a full month of the service. Multiple talks with the chstomer support followed: empty promises that they will adjust the invoice followed by just closing the tickets. It’s impossible to reach the customer support, no phone only chat bots and emails located who knows where.be aware should you choose this service.
I do not recommend the company who does not follow the EU regulations or even they written rules!!’

Customer Service is bad

Customer Service is bad. It has been 3 weeks I am trying to get the PUK code and i have been their customer for 10years. It looks like there is no even ticket follow up, every time I send email I need to reexplain the problem and share my phone number. For 2026 we are at, this is very dissapointing.

Good insulation service

Good insulation service. Accurate visit timing . Technician was so polite and helpful. Quality of internet stream is fair .... what can we expect more ?

Poor Transformation Process…

I had a very big hope for this company may provide good service when i read all nice comments but it was started with a total disappointment. I have changed my home internet from proximus to Viking but they could not activate my internet. Already 5 hours passed just a simple activation signal needed, normally they promissed max 1 hour. I am not a child so i can survive without an internet but my work as data analysis i can not do it without an internet. Sorry guys but one star well deserved!

Quick, Easy, and Friendly Service

The entire process was 100% online, with no need for an in-person appointment. The technician who installed my home internet was very professional, very helpful, and also very friendly.

The transition from our former provider…

The transition from our former provider was smooth and stressless. Until now we are satisfied with the choice we made. Viking also has added to our surfing capacity because we are three in a family on the subscription.

Unlimited data plan...? No, it's not.

I have the mobile subscription billed as:

"5G - UNLIMITED FAST - Unlimited data, calling, and texting. Speeds up to 500 Mbps. For €30 a month"

Now you'd think from reading that that you get... unlimited fast 5G access, right? Wrong. Its 300GB of data and after that they cap you at 1MB or slower upload/download speed.

I think it's false marketing, let's face it - I call it a lie.

How did it find out? Well I streamed some Netflix for a few days and... low and behold they turn the tap off.

Be warned, it's neither unlimited or fast after 300GBs. I am very upset I fell for this scam.
