The amplifier doesnt work.It says return within 30 days for refund.They don’t reply to emails

Mobile Signal Booster provided outstanding support with quick response times. Their expertise and dedication to solving my signal issues were impressive. I highly recommend their services for anyone in need of a reliable and effective mobile signal booster.

AVOID, scam
Purchased the smooth talk June 2022 only to wait and wait, sent emails only to be told they are delayed, sent more emails to be told a refund will be paid, due to not having any units, 6 months later, still no refund and now told the company is liquidating, yet website is still selling and same names on emails,now over 6 months so will try to claim back through payment method, fingers crossed, but looks like £500 lost.

Scam company. Ordered online with promise 5-7 days delivery, went through 2 months of failed promises via webchat (they don't answer emails). Ultimately contacted bank and thankfully got refund. Stay away.

It’s a scam don’t use this company
I ordered in September and till November nothing
Keep calling asking for refund was totally ignored never email back or answer a call
Had to contact my bank and managed to get my money refunded never again,

This company tries to scam you.
As a lot of other reviews I placed an order several month back and only got excuses.

Only managed to get my money back via the bank.

They don’t intend to send products and never respond to calls or emails

mobile-boosters.com tried to steal my money hiding via 2 other companies

This company Also is known as mobile-boosters.com.
I place an order on Saturday 10th September 2022, the next day I got an email saying my item was being packed and will be sent, It should be arriving within 3-7 working days, 13 days later I enquired via email to EWORLD SYSTEMS LIMITED LONDON LND a second company who was listed on my credit card bank statement to the company who took my money, as to where my item was, a 3rd company called “Fulfillment ”
told me it was delivered !!!
I asked when as I have CCTV at my property, no answer from Fulfillment.
I contact Eworld again and the answer I got back was “ NO SUCH PERSON”
Luckily for me I always take screenshots before making payment on-line otherwise I wouldn’t have known the name of the first company who actually placed the order with took my money (mobile-boosters.com)
mobile-boosters knew about Eworld who they said were the finance department.
Anyway I managed to contact my credit card company to let them know what happened and I got my money back.
No item was ever delivered (16/10/2022)

Specd a system for my campervan, came with useless inside arial that didn't boost the signal. Contacted them.and they sold me a bigger internal arial that still doesn't boost signal, now they want to change the unit and sell me a different external arial. Spent over 500 pounds with them with no improvment and want me to spend yet more money changing things which they spec'd out in the first place. Everything comes from china and they expect you to ship stuff back to China. Avoid in future, might rip.it all.out and go elsewhere.

UPDATE:
When the new power adapter arrived it was found that the booster was faulty. I had to wait until 5th May before I could actually test the booster. The booster worked on all of the frequencies, apart from the 3/4G (2100mhz), which was disappointing because outside the house I could get 4G.
We had some issues with signal around 10th June and discovered on 16th June that the booster had stopped working (was effectively dead). I contacted them asking for a refund - said I couldn't get a refund, and wanted me to send videos of the unit (?) so that their technicians could review them. I did this on the 17th. No response since! Meanwhile I have no phone signal at home......
I ordered a signal booster around 2nd Jan. Delivery took approximately 1 month. When it finally arrived, the power supply did not fit. I've waited for a month for a replacement power supply. Communication with the seller has been sparse to say the least. I've had no response from them in over 3 weeks. Looking at possibility of returning as I'm just fed up after spending £500+ on a signal booster that doesn't work!

I ordered a mobile phone booster which did not boost my signal in any way. I was told to place the antenna at the higest point possible. I live on the top floor of a building which is on the top of a cliff and faces directly at the nearest phone mast. To get the antenna any higher I would need a hot-air balloon.

Despite many attempts 'Benn' would not provide me with a phone number as the one on their website does not work. Apparently, 'We use the phone number on the site but there been an issue which is being resolved.' ... Hmnnn.

So, eventually I tried all options to get the equipment to work and it never did. So, I arranged with 'Benn' to return it. Thing is, it had to be sent back to China ... which cost a pretty penny.

I tracked the delivery all the way and contacted them when it had arrived ...

I have never heard from them since despite several e mails asking for them to process my refund.

I am left with no other alternative now than to consider this whole set up a total scam and one I now wish I had avoided.

I have purchased a booster for my home but there is no sign of it arriving and no communication from the company since placing the order - even after contacting the info @ email addresss - all the phone numbers are not connecting ( those on the website and those in the confirmation email ) - so I have no choice but to take this up as a failure to supply goods after taking payment & will take this up with my credit card company to recover my costs

I contacted them to ask their advise on what product to buy. Never received a reply . So much for their 24/7 customer care. Looks like I dodged a bullet, looking at previous reviews.

This company is a scam. Beware! This a a drop shipping scheme.
The unit we received is the same as what is selling on Ali Express for a tenth of the price. And it does not work.
Contact details and address are false, very false.

avoid this company its a con 30 day money back this is a scam bought product and asked to return no one will give return address just go on about how much I am going to be charged but never give address so you can return its a scam to keep your money now there is no contact at this so called company at all do not buy

You’ve sent the wrong cable for the window access which we spent £60 on, and for the last few days the website is down and you contact phone number rings out. Please contact me ASAP to resolve before we have to report (ref Walden).

The initial booster I purchased did not support the frequencies in my area. The web site said the product chosen would cover O2 - but unfortunately it did not cover 800MHz. However, Mobile Booster worked with me to confirm the situation, what transmitters were in the area and also confirmed my installation was correct. Mobile Booster then sold me the correct 800MHz booster and provided a full refund on the old one.
There were no quibbles and they worked collaboratively to solve the issue.
Mobile Booster also updated their product line quickly to ensure other Customers can chose the 800MHz (rural/semi-rural) product.

One of the worst service. I bought the mobile booster during hte COVID-19 crisis.



The booster is shipped from Hong Kong, which means that you have to pay additional tax on it. It took forever to come so I had found an alternative solution.



The seller refused to take it back, asked me to pay to send it back to HK (instead of their UK address) and would keep 20% anyway.



This is against the UK consumer law but he didn't care.



Awful company, I would not recommend at all

The kit arrived as advertised. One thing I would mention, We have a slightly larger property and for our use the shorter length of cable that serves the internal antenna could have done with being slightly longer. Failing that the option of an extension might be useful for some.
I found the advice offered by telephone very useful. It saved me from buying a similar booster that would not have provided all our needs. There was no attempt to up-sell more expensive equipment , just good advice on what equipment would serve us best.

Order process and delivery time was great. Gave good advice over the phone as well. Would have been 5 stars but it was sent to the billing address not the stated delivery address and we had to pay £4.59 import duty to DHL before they would deliver and i wasn't sure if it was a scam (and the value of the item was stated as about $20 on the import document). If we had been informed of this beforehand it would have been ok but just felt a little ripped off. No reply to email about this afterwards either. On the plus side the product works well so i would still recommend despite the poor customer service after purchase.

Edit - Actually I've just read other reviews and it seems the import duty is mentioned in the T&C's (but who reads them?) and Benn is stuck abroad during COVID so maybe I'll give him the benefit of the doubt in replying to emails. However i would recommend the duty cost is not hidden away in the T & C's and mentioned up front. It wouldn't have stopped me buying the product. I bought this for my office btw which includes a portal framed, metal clad warehouse (bad for blocking signals) and it works perfectly with an external and internal aerial setup (the service levels in my office are actually better than in the middle of the road outside). I've upped my score from 3 to 4 stars.

I ordered one of these due to my house being in a mobile blackspot. I received the product in five days, which was ahead of my expectations.

I had a bit of trouble with the setup and so contacted Benn. Despite being in a different time zone he guided me through the process and we had the device working on four bars of 4G in no time. This has been a problem for me the whole of lockdown as I have been working from home. I can now have a work conversation without the call dropping! Wish I had discovered this product earlier!
