I have been very impressed with the service from Signal Hero. Initially the device was not suitable, but I was able to convey the issue via their customer service team (Thanks George!) and they identified the issue and sent a replacement repeater box. This is a game changer for my home office. Barely 1-bar to 4-bars. Highly recommend.

Before placing an order with Signal Hero, I contacted them directly to confirm the lead time. I was told via email that delivery would take 5–7 days, which matched what was advertised on their website.

I followed up again to double-check, and they confirmed the same 5–7 day timeframe.

After seven days had passed with no delivery, I got back in touch. Only then was I provided with UPS tracking details, which showed the product was still in China — clearly nowhere near arriving on time.

If you need a product delivered within the timeframe promised, or expect honest updates on order status, I would avoid this company.

I have very little patience when doing anything that I know will irritate me. But this was easy to install. They were extremely helpful when emailing too

We are a small company located at the heart of New Forest, where a stable signal is hard to come by. Our sales team was struggling to get a sufficient signal for calls, which affected their ability to carry out daily tasks.
George was able to pick a system that was suitable for our needs and the delivery only took a couple of days. Setting up the system does not require any training and can be done within minutes. The signal has increased from a single bar to a full set of five bars. The company is now able to operate without signal causing any issues.

I recently ordered a Signal Booster Kit from you because our Smart Meter, despite repeated attempts by Octopus Energy, simply refused to pick up a signal from our phone provider, O2.

Installation was straightforward. I mounted the outside aerial, ran the cable into the cellar where the smart meter is located, connected everything up… and bingo. We went from a barely-there, flickering one bar of signal to a solid four bars almost instantly.

When Octopus Energy next arrived, the meter sprang into life as a proper smart meter and is now happily communicating with the EV charger. That was the whole point of buying the unit, so we’re delighted.

However, there was an unexpected bonus. Even though the indoor aerial is in the cellar, the signal throughout the house has improved dramatically. Previously we had one bar, occasionally two if the wind was blowing in the right direction and you stood on one leg. Now we have four bars across all three storeys of the house.

We were also given helpful advice and were actually recommended a cheaper option than the one we originally asked about, because it was better suited to the job. That sort of honesty is rare and very much appreciated.

So, well done Signal Heroes. The name is entirely justified.

Had the Signal Hero professional booster installed in our basement by their own team really solid job. We weren't expecting such a noticeable difference, but the signal's been brilliant since. Absolutely worth it top work, lads!

We're in an area with weak signal and our calls used to drop all time. After installing this, the problem completely disappeared.

Having just moved to our new rural property we found we had good phone signal outside but struggled to make and recieve calls on both Optus and Telstra inside the house mainly i think due to double insulated roof and double glazed windows. Having spoke to several local suppliers who only wanted to sell us thousands of dollars worth of gear that they said may or may not work we came across mobile signal boosters and what a breath of fresh air they are. George and Elena where fantastic as i probably annoyed the hell out of them with the amount of questions i asked but they happily walked us through the process and we now have a good booster and reception inside is really good no trouble taking or making calls and easy internet via our phones. So if you want your signal boosted don't waste your time and money on maybe's just ring mobile signal boosters and get it sorted the first time.

We had an old device that worked for 3G and 4G but it stopped completely, and it was awful trying to work with almost no signal. On a good day we might get 1 or 2 bars in one tiny spot in the office.

‎While we were looking for options we came across Signal Hero. They had a solution that supports multiple networks and some 5G signals, so we decided to give it a try.

‎The whole process with Signal Hero was smooth. They guided me through everything, checked our signal properly, and even made a custom installation plan for our place. I was a bit concerned about compliance, but they provided the relevant documentation and we were comfortable proceeding.

‎We ordered the all networks 4 band kit. Now the office has a solid 4 to 5 bars throughout most areas. It is brilliant. Very happy with both the service and the product.

The start was superb, George told asked us questions about our needs and explained what options we would have.

Delivery was swift and after that we needed a connection! No problem they sent out straight away.

We were dubious about the investment costs but already we can now avail of smart tariff and cheaper ev charging because the smart meter now gets signal.

I ordered a signal booster for ireland , ordering was simple and received my signal booster kit a week later . Installed and straight away had 5 bars all around my house. 2.5 days later lost all 5 bars on booster. Called support explained problems the a new replasment booster was ordered. Recvived notice upc delivery date but told €42 import tax needed to be paid , quick email to customer support and duty was sorted . New booster installed and back to 5 bars all around house. I don't normally write reviews but credit where credit due signal booster ireland customer support first class

I was really struggling to get any signal in the basement service from all mobile providers here is just rubbish. At first, the booster kit didn’t seem to fix it, so I got in touch with the Signal Hero support team. They checked everything and found out my phone was picking up a specific 5G signal that worked great outdoors but not with the booster. It actually worked fine on other phones! They swapped my unit for a different one, and now I’ve got full bars everywhere. Big thanks to David and Diana for the professional and friendly help.

Signal Hero have really delivered on their promise. My booster is working great, calls are much clearer now. Phone's data speed still isn’t as good as I hoped, and I’m not sure why the 5G hasn’t connected yet. I’m still experimenting with different antenna positions to lock onto the 5G mast. Overall, I’m very pleased with the service and the quality!

I bought a mobile booster from Signal Hero for my garden office. It was good value and most importantly, it was easy to install and works well. Both before and after I placed the order, I received outstanding technical help from their signal expert George, in particular with advice on signal strength and best placement for the external aerial. I now have 4 bar mobile stength in my office and highly recommend Signal Hero. I would certainly use them again.

The pre service call was very detailed and I received a lot of useful information. The overall installation went very smoothly and the team onsite was very knowledgeable and helpful.
I will definitely recommend the service to others.

The system works BUT is it illegal,I have researched in depth after being warned by a client that using one might even cost me jail time.

I have been in contact Ofcom in case that I might be breaking some very serious broadcasting laws.

Ofcom replied to state categorically that the signal hero product was not on their approved list of legally compliant amplifiers in the UK and that I should be very cautious, they refused to confirm they were legal, EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS now.
I have since been advised further that any amplifier without the necessary radio standards can be illegal and to be very careful. I have further been informed that I have no comeback to a refund for the amp as it is LEGAL TO SELL, it has electrical certs needed to sell BUT by using it, it could be me the end user who is responsible for any laws broken when broadcasting.

My advice is to STAY away and get a UK based company with a UK local shop and buy a OFCOM listed amplifier and not one that claims to be OFCOM compliant but can't actually give any proof, has no UK base and OFCOM DO NOT LIST any of the products.
