Lebara sim only plan is a trap, its for two years. there are better plans provided from other service providers. It do not offer e sim for all the phones. not for travelling outside netherlands.

Worst experience ever. I didn’t sign up for a 2 year contract and they automatically renewed it and blocked me for 2 years this is kind of unprofessional. They do not have any signed contract from my side nor they have any call records to confirm that I agreed for this.

Today it was great discussion and help from Lebara customer service executive. I have been using Lebara mobile in NL from 6.5 years. Voice quality is good. I found it very reasonable for local and international calls from NL. The mobile data works fine within City limits but it is very slow almost 50% of the times when we travel within NL between big cities. I also struggle a lot with incoming/outgoing calls during International roaming in India but Indian local SIM works perfectly fine there in 2nd SIM slot of same device. I tried swapping SIM but result is same so mostly I disable Lebara SIM during roaming outside EU as it doesn't work well and very costly also. Hope Lebara will improve these issues soon.
