Chat is prima bevallen, telefoon niet

Chat is prima bevallen, telefonisch contact was miserabel.
Bol.com kadokaart claimen werkte niet. De medewerker aan de telefoon gaf aan dat ik maar bij bol.com moest vragen. Terwijl het claimen bij lebara moet.

Changing deal

Today I wanted to change my deal from a SIM-only to a prepaid plan, and Sharona from customer service was not only super helpful but also extremely patient despite all my questions. Really appreciated the support!

Agent was helpful in activating my sim card while being abroad.

The waiting time to get an agent in the chat was rather long, but I was helped by Rashied in the end, who managed to activate my SIM card while I am abroad.

Not refunding the overcharged amount

First they overcharged my card. When I asked for refund they said I’m going to receive them jn a week. 2 months has passed since then, and not only they haven’t refunded me but also they are denying the existence of one of them.
