Over priced for the streaming quality. App randomly crashes at least once a game weather using any of our firesticks or lg smart TV. Have 1 gig fiber internet, no other apps have issues like this does, and its the one we pay the most for.

Picture quality is terrible. Extremely annoying! Very disappointing!!
If I could get a refund, I would cancel. Will definitely not buy next season.

Signed up for the NY Yankees. Live in Southern NJ and verified my zip code is not in the blackout area.
1) The app is not intuitive. Bringing up the live broadcast easy one day and not the next.
2) several games have been blacked out. Customer service is useless.

I’m so soooo angry and annoyed with this MLB subscription! We bought the MLB SEASON for a $100.00 to watch JUST our team!! This Sunday we went on to watch the game on MLB and could not watch it!! It said (THIS BROADCAST IS AVAILABLE ONLY ON PEACOCK)!!! What the h…!!! We well never buy a MLB season subscription ever again!! What a ripoff/scam!!

Don’t do it! You’ll be sorry. The app is terrible. Couldn’t get to work. Followed all their instructions, no luck. I called customer service and I’m still waiting for their call back ( it’s been weeks ). So I tried to cancel the first day after purchase. I couldn’t. App didn’t work and no return call. So I protested charge with my credit card company and froze their charge. MLB APP is expensive to begin with and with the terrible service why bother? I love baseball but this is silly.I hope there is a lockout in 2027 and MLB App goes belly up.

Do not buy the subscription. It’s a scam if the game is on Apple, they don’t allow MLB. I want my money back. This is a disgrace.

The worst. Website freezes and hangs constantly during game streaming, requiring you to refresh and find your place in the game. It flashes the final score randomly while you watch the game, ruining it. It has dead air during commercial breaks for no reason, which could be edited out. Finally, rather than sending you to the start of the prerecorded version when you try to access a game, it will sometimes send you to the end of the "live" version, which has ended. And guess what? There, you see a "thanks for watching" note with -- you guessed it -- the final score.

Also, autoplay doesn't work. You have to site there futzing with the status bar back and forth to get it to start loading games.

This app worked great five years ago, now it is miserable. The customer support is awful. The app keeps telling me I need a subscription. When I try to buy a subscription, it says I already have a subscription, just log-in. So I log out and back in and the whole cycle starts over again. They have no trouble charging my credit card though.

I pay a small.fortune to be able to watch my NYY. When it just turns off and says there's an error, try again later, really upsets me. When this happens, please reimburse me for the money Ive spent to watch games that just quit in the middle. It's ridiculous the hoops we have to jump thru to watch these games. 6th inning. 4-3 game. and it just errors.

What ISN'T wrong with this app?

When it actually plays, it's ok. The problem is I run into problems more often than not. Like right now I'm trying to watch Yankees/Marlins and I keep getting an annoying "Network Error" so I'm screwed out of watching AGAIN. I'm tired of paying for this garbage.

Why you make it so difficult to watch a sport losing fanbase? Makes zero sense.

Lots of fine print. Buyer beware. Once you purchase an overpriced, basically worthless mid-tier subscription, there is no simple way to modify or to cancel the subscription. I might be done with baseball for life. Not MLB tv. Baseball.

Unethical company! Watch your statements very closely. They like to charge your card twice. Takes several phone calls and time on hold. I spoke with Stephanie today who was wonderful. Hopefully she can actually get my monies returned to my bank. It’s a shame because I love sports and had to cancel my subscription because MLB network are thieves!

I literally had the opening day result revealed when I tried to fast forward through commercials and it kept skipping to the 9th inning.

And the new partnership with ESPN is an absolute nightmare.

And, of course, trying to reach and communicate with customer service was a nightmare.

Yeah I paid for Dbacks TV because I love the Arizona Diamondbacks and I live in Arizona I have yet to be able to watch a game as advertised by Bob b r e n l e y one of the sportscasters for for $99.99 you can get every Diamondbacks game in Market all year long what a bunch of bull I have yet to be able to watch a game and it cost me $109.19 for what nothing they wonder why baseball is losing its appeal it's because they're trying to pinch pennies out of everybody the NFL it says let everybody watch whatever games they want to watch and we'll make our money a different way and they're doing real good you might want to think about that MLB I'm 70 years old and the Next Generation my kids not even Baseball fans, I wonder why?

The people I dealt with did the best they could given the circumstances. Even with their best efforts they lacked the tools to get it done. The App was ready to go but all games were locked. After trying some things, I was told that it had to be related to the 'redeeming'. They could not fix it until next Tues. So, I'm sitting here, Tues at 2:10P, No call. Just hours till the offer closes. Will "Ax" get it done? We'll see.

I have made two different attempts to get to the Mlb app to work. I have bought Mariners TV package twice then had to cancel. I have been on the phone for hours trying to resolve technical issues with people I barely understand. I have the money and I want their TV package. These folks can't seem how to figure out how to takes yes for an answer. I guess it's the radio for me this year. Very frustrating.
