Horrible experience. Ordered groceries on 12 June. It has been 1.5 months and there is no news from the company. No response to emails, Facebook messages, calls ++
I hope some action is taken against them as they seem to be defrauding the customers. I see other customers also posting on FB about similar situations.

These people are very bad at customer service. I have experienced and have seen many comments over their FB page wherein they do not send item which we bought. And then they do not reply on the query even after follow up thru all their possible contact us methods. We faced it for 4 weeks. Then they sent us a voucher so that we buy things again. But we literally felt cheated so we are not going to but anything from them ever. I bought 5kg basmati rice and paid for it and they sent only 1kg rice. I sent the parcel as a gift to my sister on portugal. And when you call on their cusservuce number it speaks in French wherein all their customers are Indians. We are never going to buy anything from them ever now. And I hv seen many customers like me on their FB post wherein they ordered something and they have sent something else or have mot sent it. And they have deleted all those comments now from their FB wall this itself shows they they are so bad at their work.

product quality very poor.
phone broken after less than 1 year.
Impossible to be repaired.
they first wrote they would change with another one, finally (after 4 months of requests) told that it was my duty.

Ho acquistato 2 Smartphone e sono arrivati entrambi nel giro di 3 giorni con DHL.Rispondono sempre alle mail. I prezzi sono ottimi. Per ora sono soddisfatto.

I have purchased 2 Smartphones and they have arrived both in the turn of 3 days with DHL.They always answer to the mails. The prices are excellent. For now I am satisfied.

they said that the custom is to high to send it to israel..... they said that they will refund after 4 days.... didnt happen.... does any one knows what can i do from this point?

Ordered a smartphone with DHL delivery to Holland on 11/11/2013. Five days after order my order was still stated as Processing while it should have been send already. Asked if there was a delay and got my response that the product was already send on 14/11/2013. Though their response was rather late I did receive my product on 18/11/2013. Though they do not respond on weekends(do keep in mind that they are somewhere in China so there could be a time difference) in the end i received my product in good state and was not disappointed.

I ordered 2 cell phones, payed extra for DHL, my order was shipped 13 days later (!) but it hasn't arrived yet (30 days later). The site claims my area is remote and so they switched to plain post! There was no notification email and I am actually afraid my goods won't even arrive. Plus, they hardly speak English.

I have just received ZOPO ZP980 MTK6589T 1GB RAM 16G ROM Smart Phone bought at mixeshop.com and paid with PayPal. After reading the posts in this forum I was affraid something would go very wrong.
Phone arrived in perfect condition, but only after one week standby:
- I ordered shipment EUEXP (NO Tax) to Europe, but Pretty at mixeshop kept me waiting with the excuse that mixeshop only ships NO TAX items to Europe (via Germany) once a week.
- After one week I asked mixeshop to change shipment DHL (By HongKong DHL) DIRECTLY TO my home address. It was shipped the same day and arrived extremely FAST in just 4 days to Portugal! I was happy because I did not pay customs tax
Bottom line: to Europe use HongKong DHL directly to your home address and not shipment EUEXP, it is cheaper and fast!

I paid $ 139 to mixeshop.com a smartphone and shipment by DHL $ 26.84.( total 165,84 $ )
My package was lost by DHL but responsibility is to mixeshop.com
He refuses to send me another smartphone.

I was very happy with the order and delivery of 2 phones i bought.
However, after a month 1 phone had a touchscreen problem.

Getting a response from mixeshop is near impossible, which i tried over skype, mail, and their website.
Only buy from them if you want to risk having a useless phone.

Bought items, paid via paypal. Never recieved my goods. Seller kept saying that I need to pay more, because my adress is a remote area. But that isn't true, I checked it with DHL.

I do not ever buy this website thieves they will never meet even the phone nobody speaks English or other European language I ever buy on Chinese websites
