Great company to deal with, both before & after sales
I got really good advice over the phone when I was buying my second entry level Gaggia Sycrony Logic bean-cup machine. It appears that these things only have a 4 yr lifetime (I've had 3 machines to date!, first was a Krupps) ...so with this 3rd machine I bought the extra 2 yrs ins warranty to cover the 4 yrs, and guess what - it crashed after 2 & half years. Bringing the extended warranty into action I got a prompt response, fed-ex collected (one has to pay txprt costs return to Italy) but after around 10 days it was returned fully operational. I have asked what was found wrong with the machine but they haven't told me, thats why I've only given 4 stars and not 5!
I shall definitely look at their products again when my 4 years are up (unless I get lucky and this machine lives on!!)
PS: they've just replied since I posted this earlier today so they deserve upgrade to 5 stars!!!
