Avoid this company

I pre-ordered a dress on Nov. 9. It was shipped Dec. 9 and was being held in Yonkers, NY as of Dec. 10. The tracking status never changed and I never received the dress. I followed up with the company twice about this. The second time was tonight when I emailed to request a refund. I got an autoresponse saying that email address "couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail." I immediately contacted American Express and thankfully, they refunded my money.

So… First off I ordered a Shaggy…

So… First off I ordered a Shaggy Cardigan from these people that I needed for outing that I was going to back in January. Long story short… the item never came and when I asked about my refund they simply replied back you won’t be getting a refund. Then proceed to say they’ll have it re-shipped or give me store credit. I have no need for the item now. I just want a refund. So now I’m just out of $109. Be careful when ordering from them.

Order at your own risk

First off let me state that I get no joy in me writing this review, but I feel that it may help the next consumer to save their money and time from being wasted. I shop online a lot and definitely appreciate beautiful and unique clothes. I always research my sites to make sure that they are legit and to check out the reviews. When I finally decided to purchase with this company I was on the fence from reviewing BBB, trust pilot and a few others but decided to give them a try. It was doom from the start, I never received tracking information. Weeks had gone by and no order, I finally reached out and was told that my purchase would come after Christmas "ok" I can work with that at least I know its coming. Well weeks go by now we are into mid January of 2023 no order, I reach out again and was told that my order was over looked and I would receive a full refund. That was the 23rd of January. I was told by Safiya to expect my refund 3-5 business days depending on by bank. Well I waited until maybe the 9th of Feb and still no refund. I reach out yet again to try to get the matter resolved and was told that they had issued my refund then she said let me check on my end again. Well I thought that when someone said hold on let me check that that meant they were going to get back to you, no ma'am, I'm still waiting. I really wanted this to work but clearly I should have followed the reviews and passed on this purchase.

Writing on the wall II

I ordered a blazer from this boutique. It was a very easy process. The customer service representative helped me find my discount code for 10% off. It took 3 to 4 days to receive my purchase (it came 2 days before the estimated delivery date!) Their communication was excellent! I never had to inquire where my item was. Oh and the blazer? ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! The quality is amazing and the fit perfect! I ❤ Mixed Emotions!!

Ordered a dress express from this…

Ordered a dress express from this online boutique/company to wear to a wedding. The dress is not cheap at $138. I found it odd that after 1 day I hadn’t received any shipping info. Reached out to the boutique via their social media acct, they acted as if they forgot I ordered anything and actually admitted to not shipping the item. I requested a refund, they refused and offered in-store credit. Why would I want to order anything else from them after this? DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!
