Avoid this company
I pre-ordered a dress on Nov. 9. It was shipped Dec. 9 and was being held in Yonkers, NY as of Dec. 10. The tracking status never changed and I never received the dress. I followed up with the company twice about this. The second time was tonight when I emailed to request a refund. I got an autoresponse saying that email address "couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail." I immediately contacted American Express and thankfully, they refunded my money.
