We visit Berlin for shopping and site seeing. During shopping one of my nieces glasses felt out. So we went to Mister Spex for repairing the glasses. The kind employee David took the glasses under his wings and repaired it.
We did not owe him anything. Well I think we owe him a thank and a good review

after wearing lenses for some time, I can say that they are not comfortable on the eye. they are cheap, it's true, but I feel "prickly" in my eye all the time. my only regret is that I bought them 90 pieces

I bought expensive, A-mark designer's frame, so Mister Spex had nothing to do with it. They simply offered the frame, charged much more than anybody else, but never mind. Then came the prescription lenses: I paid for the best quality lenses and got back LOUSY LENSES. The quality of the lenses is poor, they are not clear, they are thicker than what has been promised and paid for, they are not mounted nicely, and the worst: the outer edge, the circumference, is polished opaque which is extremely ugly and makes the lenses look thicker and clumsier than they are. Good quality lenses should be absolutely clear. The lenses I got from Mister Spex are not clear and have an ugly green reflection/shade. Good quality lenses should have the circumference polished absolutely clear, not opaque. I just bought a pair from Charlie Temple, paid much(!!) less, and got beautiful, clear lenses that look much thinner than they actually are! SO MY CONCLUSION IS: Mister Spex offers large collection of frames, but provides POOR QUALITY LENSES. They also work EXTREMELY SLOW, they provide wrong tracking information, they charge money for item that has been returned a long time ago and they do not refund, they do not answer to your email questions. Now I am trying SmartBuyGlasses which provides huge collection of beautiful frames, cheaper than Mister Spex, with much nicer lenses. For me: BAD EXPERIENCE. I FEEL CHEATED. NO MORE MISTER SPEX!!

For 3 weeks they say to me the order is in the sending department. I only get a massage in my mailbox that the delivery is later for 3 days to a week for 3 weeks in a row. After Calling to the servicedesk i dont get service of my own country and they tell me the same every time. When the order finaly is send i should get a track&trace number from DHL. That did not happen also. So i dont know if my order is send now. I am 5 weeks of my order now and my order is stil not recieved. It should be in my house whitin 6 days till 14 das maximum.

Dont order here anymore and i dont know when i see other reviews why it is still in trustpilot.

Products arrived quickly and without any damage. The track and trace link didn’t work unfortunately so I could not follow the order and know in advance when it would arrive. But besides that, great service

Received the product too late, on the website it shows we should received it in 3 working days. But it took almost 10 days in total and package arrived with box damaged
