Josefina at Miss Hosting solved my problems fast and accurate

Josefina solved my problems within minutes. Fast and accurate response.
Miss Hosting is (according to me) great.
I used to have several subscriptions (web hotel, Domain name etc) but now Miss H has it all. Great overview, fast response from support and minimal effort. Highly recommended.

Unprofessional company

Paying customer for years, yet not allowed/possible to export the website we created (hosted by Miss hosting) once we considered to switch hosting provider. This was the last straw in countless annoying incidents with this company.

Regarding website exports, websites built using our Site Builder platform unfortunately cannot be exported to another hosting provider due to technical limitations of the platform itself. We understand that this may be disappointing when considering a move to another service.

After receiving your feedback, we attempted to reach out to discuss your situation and explore possible alternatives, but unfortunately we have not yet been able to get in touch with you.

Price increase happily resolved

After an initial shock over a price hike for my web hotell, Josefina listen to my feedback and was able to provide the same service at a much better rate. Very happy that I was listened to. Many thanks Josefina!
