Overall great quality and I would receive quick responses about my delivery

First off i can't recommend this company enough! Although (through no fault of their own) the first shipment was delivered to the wrong location, MISSCOSY reached out to me several times to correct the matter. The second package arrived and.....WOW!
My partner ADORES this procuct, it keeps you real warm without overheating.

I received the wrong order. Christine came to the rescue and replaced the wrong item with the right item I ordered. She also kept in contact with me step by step informing me on the progress of my replacement order. Christine has been more then helpful and because of the way she handled my issue I will be ordering again from MISSCOSY.

Sizing is a little small. Tried to exchange for a larger size but after nearly a month of back and forth with the company they told me to return it and pay for the shipping. Shipping cost to send it back was $60+ which is half the cost of the outfit. Be careful when purchasing from here if you don’t like it or it’s the wrong size it will cost you a lot more.

Overall excellent customer service. There was a mixup with shipment/delivery but the company exceeded expectations in solving the situation. The product itself is of very high quality and loved by my S/O. Would recommend to anyone.

When I had a problem with the mail mistakingly sending back my package, I reached out via email and they responded quickly and had a second package sent out to me via express. This company is a scam. Items come shipping from Shanghai China and never actually track once it hits the US. Never trust this site as you can’t actually write a review on their official website. SCAM SCAM SCAM. STAY AWAY.

Had an issue with my order being shipped to an incorrect address. The seller immediately rectified the issue with no hassle whatsoever. Highly recommend!

IDK about the product quality, but it took more than two weeks to arrive and missed the deadline for my Christmas departure. Quite disappointed in the shipping.

Super soft, she wants another to wear everyday

Inaccurate information via customer service. I started a return process with customer service guidance, my report was approved, and only after I packaged our and uploaded the tracking number they said I’m out of the return period. And I had to pay for return shipping.

Horrible company that doesn't have any flexibility in the sets the produce. Everything must be one size even though they are separate pieces.

Not accommodating to body types - very archaic stance. Also super wasteful.
