My order was delayed and I feared it was lost. They took care of me and prepared another order and were ready to send it to make it up to me, when the package finally arrived. They were very understanding and extremely helpful!

I had placed an order for a gift for my girlfriend’s birthday and had put the wrong address on the order. Christine was a great help in changing the address to the one I am currently at and my girlfriend also loves the 3 piece set.
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. They said my package would arrive within 6-10 days. Well 8 days later and my order is still in china. They did not update the tracking for 4 days so I was assuming everything was going as scheduled. On the 9th day they updated the tracking and said it’s going to be another 10 days before my order even makes it to the post office. Meanwhile I have been trying to get in touch with customer to help remedy this situation and they are non existent. They don’t have a contact number and their customer service is an automated email from a woman named christina that can’t address any customer issues/concerns. It was the first time I bought from this website and will surely be the last. Terrible company!!!!

UPDATE - I've updated my review due to the fact that their customer support (Christine) reached out to me and walked me through the process of getting the item returned. She was very attentive and genuinely wanted to help. Ultimately, I order the wrong size to begin with and due to the quick processing of orders, I didn't catch it in time.

I submitted an order for my wife and quickly realized I ordered the wrong size. Immediately I looked for a way to cancel or contact someone, but all I could find was the hello_at_misscosy.com and ask_at_misscosy.com emails. I sent emails to both or them to please update the size, but no replies. This morning I got an email that the shipment is in transit and it still shows the wrong size. I emailed again this morning, but nothing so far. I hope I don't get into a return shipment situation that could linger on for weeks/months. I really hope someone can help.

Mediocre at best
When I first got the products I was very impressed! The fit was amazing, fabric beyond cosy and the stitching impeccable. However, after a wash the fabric stretched and with each wash the fabric becomes harder.

Excellent Customer Support
Purchased some items for my wife's birthday, and unfortunately there was a small fault with one of the straps, and it broke.
I emailed with photos and Christine emailed back, apologised for the fault and sent out a replacement.
She then kindly followed up to make sure we received the new item.
Things go wrong, break etc, but it is how you handle the situation that counts.
I would definitely repurchase from Misscosy, as my wife loves the clothing and they clearly care about the customer.
