poor customer service and apparently no stock control
Online order placed for high-end series 5 Bosch battery, shortly after I receive a message to say it isn't in stock and will I accept a brand I have never heard of. I immediately reply that I would like a refund. A day later I again ask for a refund. 2 days later I have still not had a reply from MioRicambio.it. Not great service and I am down 130 euro. I have no idea what is going on.
