Great experience
I purchased the name necklace and the style i chose was what I received. The only complaint is I would have liked to have seen the name in the style of print i choose before ordering but it all worked out. I liked the fact that I got updates on shipping & when I would receive the item. It is a Christmas gift so that was very helpful so I didn't stress.

Too small & lightweight
The cross weighed so little that it wouldn’t even hold the necklace down. It was smaller than I expected from the pictures.
