A specifically customer service focused review in follow up to 4 star product review I posted previously. After posting that review Mintkeeper emailed and asked for a picture of the imperfections on the sleeves. Sent that to them without mention of anything in return. To me the imperfections were minor and I wasn't looking for anything. In response Mintkeeper thanked me, said this does not meet their usual standards and that they'd send some replacements. Pleasantly surprised, I expected 2 or 3 packs and instead got 10 which was about half my original order.
Can't fault this customer service approach. Investigated a review in a professional manner, offered compensation without being asked and all without making reference to me changing my original review to be more positive.

I really like the mint keeper sleeves. They are a good size and fit nicely into binders from a variety of brands.

even though there was a critical error, it's great that they take errors seriously, I've seen shops with least communications and the attitude is awful but this is different, they offered us a replacement and have a good attitude. still waiting for shipping, wait for more updates
