Great selection of cards. The cards came within a day of ordering. Cards were packed securely and came with a list of the cards that I ordered.

Great selection on the website. Products always arrive in great condition, well packaged and as described. Postage is speedy. Members of the team are available to answer questions in person, via email if required. Can't fault them!!

Unfortunately I seem to have had a very different experience to a lot of the other people who have left reviews.

I ordered two cards, one for ~£100 and the other ~£1600. Both cards were sold as moderate play, however when they arrived the ~£100 card was moderate play as described but the ~£1600 card was in terrible condition - see photos.

I complained to customer services and after some back and forth and chasing for a response, their response was that this card (as in the photos) was on the lower end of moderate play to heavy play, but was not damaged….

They offered that I could return it for a refund, but after the experience I had I did not trust this so I opted to keep the card and be partially refunded to the value of a heavy play card. This is still extremely overvalued and I could have got a much better condition version elsewhere but I did not want to go through the hassle of a return.

Based on the majority of these other reviews I am quite surprised they didn’t make this right but just a heads up for others on the card conditions!

I took a drive to the address of Orbit Cards and was told its just the warehouse. The fella we spoke to was very polite and helpful. So we went home and ordered cards online. Friday Afternoon.
Cards were delivered next day. Service and delivery service was really good and will order again

Fast dispatch of items and all as described. Prices are really good. Most places I see sell singles £1 each

Their assessment of the cards was woefully incorrect, the three cards I sold to them were actually down as light played, although when I pulled them they were immediately in a sleeve and kept in a binder. These being two Mew EX Full Art Cards and Giratina Ex Full Art so how it's suddenly moderately played is beyond me

Honestly I expected better, I only accepted payment because the need of finances, considering this service only seems to be good in one direction (The sale of the cards to customers and not the other way round) I would not sell again to big orbit, I simply do not feel I can't trust the observation from them.

I ordered around 40 cards from Big Orbit Cards and was really impressed that they arrived the next day. They were really well packaged and all in good condition, even the ones listed as MP!

One card was unavailable, which happens, and I was initially given refund in store credit. I asked if I could have a refund to my payment method instead and they sorted it within half an hour.

Really quick delivery and helpful customer service. No issues at all and I'd happily order from them again.

As usual a quick and great service to Germany, cards in great condition and helps me with my pokedex and kanto region collection. Keep it up.

The card arrived promptly, within two days of being sent. However, it was just in the small box wrapped in bubble wrap, not even a top loader to keep it safe and secure. If the box had gotten damaged, that would have ruined a expensive card. Need to do better.
