description not conform, dishonest aftersales, be aware!!!
I ordered a scooter, advertised with tubeless tires. i received the scooter and rode it for 36km. after that a professional told me that the tires are tubed. i did not feel safe. so i confronted the shop. the shop is not willing to pay for tire and wheel replacements, the seller is also not agreeing to take the scooter back. a first class scam !!!!
so after having read your reply i just would like to react:
Your response is misleading. At no point in our email exchange did you ever offer free inner tubes. It’s disappointing to see you misrepresent the situation publicly.
Contrary to what you claim, tubeless tires are widely known to be safer than tubed tires. That’s exactly why I specifically chose this model—based on your incorrect product description. Had I known the truth, I would never have ridden the scooter. And to make matters worse, I only discovered your mistake after a professional pointed it out to me, since it’s impossible for a regular customer to visually determine whether tires are tubed or tubeless.
You keep insisting that I already rode the scooter for 36 km, but how was I supposed to know about your false advertising before using it? Now you refuse to take responsibility for your mistake, leaving me with an unsafe product that I wouldn’t have bought if your description had been accurate.
yes , i agree, mistakes happen. You made one? Fine , but fix it !!!

I also find it telling that you don’t offer PayPal as a payment option. PayPal would never allow this kind of malpractice and would have refunded me immediately. Lesson learned—going forward, I strongly advise everyone to shop online only with PayPal or similar buyer protection services.
update on your update:
you are btotally beside the point, i don't want inner tubes. i want what i ordered. tubeless tires. if you cannot deliver then take the product back and refund it. that is what any honest dealer would do.
and by the way , your competitors do sell a replacement wheel with tubeless tyre for this model.each wheel costs 99€ . that is why i alternatively suggested that you refund me the value of 2 wheels + instalation cost. But you refused because you only have your pocket in mind.

Please check the email dated 7 February at 10:40 am where I offered 2 free inner tubes. It seems to me that this solution easily recovers this error. If we could send you tubeless tyres, we would, but they don't exist for this model.
