Don't waste your money. I had someone come to fit the grapics. He wouldn't fit due to the low grade of vinyal and said they'd start to come off within 6 months and no way it would have gone around the contours of the boot. The material is meant for cheap signage!! Annoyingly I bought for my son for Christmas, now going to have to folk again for some proper decals.

What started as a good company after asking several questions is turning out to be a complete nightmare. Graphics don’t fit my model, after they said it would. Now now communication from them about either returning or exchanging. Avoid them at all costs.

I ordered a pair of bonnet stripes for my R56 Mini and although they took just over 2 weeks to be delivered I didn't consider this to be unreasonable.
I had the stripes professionally fitted as I didn't trust myself to fit them symmetrically on the bonnet and also free from creases and bubbles and I have to say I'm over the moon with them, the vinyl quality is very good.
I don't normally leave reviews but I couldn't understand why this company gets such poor reviews when my experience with them was 1st class so I just wanted to give them my support, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

Order placed for JC signature graphic.
Good feedback up until the point of despatch.
Nothing received and no means of getting in touch.
Even the “sale@…” email just bounces.
As others have said, is this even a legit company.

Order was wrong, emailed countless lines, no response. They take your money, take ages to deliver them send the wrong product. Not even the courtesy of a reply. Wish I'd checked the reviews before ordering.

ordered a graphic and had a query - emailed many times without reply. No idea where my graphic is. AVOID THIS COMPANY!! SCAM!

Placed my order for R59 boot strips arrived within a week thought Great , however they are not for a R59 Roadster , emailed 3 times no reply wish I had seen the reviews.
So disappointed a real let down .

Non existent customer service. Wouldn’t bother and certainly don’t order anything. I think they’re out of business and just haven’t bothered to take down their website.

So gutted I was so ignorant to not research these absolutely disgusting people before wasting £35 of my hard earned cash. They don't send you anything, they don't reply, they don't have a telephone number and just take your money and laugh all the way to the bank. I can't believe this site can't be taken down, I have reported everywhere I can. Karma will get them I'm sure of it!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.... pay your money and nothing arrives.. automated emails.. complete scam!! Wish I had read the reviews before parting with my cash

Not sure this company is even legit!

Ordered a John Cooper Signature vinyl from this "company" on the 25th October 2024. No communication from the company and no item meant that I had to go through paypal for my refund on the 20th November 2024.

Skip to Feb 2025, still havent heard anything from this company depsite the numerous emails regarding my order

Ordered some MINI Roof decals on 13/09/24. Money taken from my account straightaway and an invoice received via email.
As of today 08/10/24 no sign of what I ordered and no response to two messages sent.
Very negative comments on the net which I wish I’d see before placing my order.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!

Product ordered on 26/07 and my credit card charged immediately. It is now 13/08 and still no sign of the item.
I did get an email informing me that the order was now complete. No, it's not complete as I've not received the item!
I've tried a few times to contact them via email / web form, but it looks like they don't communicate with customers.
I'll just have to raise a credit card dispute if this doesn't help.

Be warned … Do not buy from them.
I received the wrong colour graphics and I cannot contact them. They have no customer service and they do not respond to emails and there is no number to contact them

Not really a legit business - look at the other reviews.

Items did arrive and my Mr Fixer came to put them on. They were a total disaster as the backing paper was put on badly leading to stripes being full of bubbles when put on bonnet of my car. Have emailed them twice now and also through their website Form. Wish I'd read the reviews before I bought them. Thankfully paid via Paypal so will ask them to sort this out.

Avoid total scam items don't exist. Luckily I went via pay pal so got a refund. Company should be investigated for fraud

Ordered £100 of mini graphics, nothing after 3 weeks, filled out the online form twice as no phone number or email address. Went through Paypal who gave me email address again nothing and they got my money back 3 months after ordering. Do not trust this company

Ordered in Dec 23 and over a month later, still had no communication. Still no delivery and I’d chased several times. No telephone number to call either. I emailed and left messages via their contact us page. Really, really poor. UPDATE: I contacted the genuine business trading at this address and spoke to the MD’s PA. She knew this guy and said that he was a contractor who often worked from their business. I advised her to tell him to refund my money or trading standards would be visiting. The money was refunded within 30 minutes! Hopefully he lost his contract too!

Oh god...... I wish I'd searched for this before ordered. It's now been nearly a month. Zero contact , no phone number terrible company, think I've lost my 70 quid. Even if the item does turn up now , it's a 1 star company absolutely shocking.
