Returned 2 parcels 7th Dec, and a further parcel a week later using return labels generated on the website.
Three parcels are currently stuck at Portugal customs for a company named Minga London.... hiw deceiving is that?
I am out of pocket to the sum of almost £350.
I've been told by "customer services" that its an issue with DHL and not Minga, but I am now unable to get any further response from them.
AI chatbot is shocking, and they seemingly only respond to positive feedback.
I am now attempting to raise a dispute via PayPal.
16/1/26.... just a note to add that I am STILL waiting for a refund and contacting help@ as advised in their comment below does not even get a response!
Do not buy from this company!

Horrible irresponsible customer service
I have been trying to return the two items for 3 months now, because Minga London's team is doing everything to not accept it. I'm so tired of problems with their company.
According to the Minga London site, the 30-day return window is counted from the moment the client receives the package. I received the package on August 22, so I should have a chance to return items before September 21.
I tried to generate the return on 18 September, so I did it BEFORE 30 day return window passed.
However, Ming's site claimed that one month already passed, even though I still had time to return.
I suppose because the shipment of my package took a very long time, their site blocked me from the possibility of a return. I waited for my package for almost a month, because the courier company destroyed the package, and half of the items were lost.
But again, Minga London rules state that 30 days should be counted from the moment of receiving the package, not from the moment of making the order.
So I still should have a chance to return items, no matter how long the shipment was.
It's the company's fault that the site is not working properly, not the client's. Minga London workers are avoiding responsibility, and claiming it's my fault that I tried to return the clothes too late, even though I provided all the evidence that I tried to return them in time.
I have tried contacting Minga London and informing them about the problem with the return on September 18.
I didn't receive any answer, so on September 20, I sent a withdrawal to Minga in the form of an email. I sent the screenshots showing the proof that I received the order on 22 August, and that I tried to generate the return before 21 September passed.
According to European law, sending an email is a valid way to withdraw from the contract.
Again, no one responded to my messages. So, through the next few weeks, I tried contacting Minga London through email, through the contact form on their site, and I messaged on Minga's social media (the person behind the Instagram profile claimed they would pass information to the team, but no one contacted me).
Again, my attempts at contact were ignored. I decided to send (again) another email in November, and then Minga London finally responded.
Then a whole next month passed, because Minga London has been responding to emails very slowly, but at some point, they said that I could return the items.
However, they wanted me to return items on my own, which I disagreed with. The cost of sending the package from Poland to the UK would be around 150 zł (around 36 euro), which is a few times more expensive than the cost of the return through Minga's site (8 euro).
I have a right to return items like every client, but they were denying it to me. Why do I need to send a package of my own and pay much more for shipping, if it was Minga's fault that I couldn't return the package in time?
Then Minga stopped replying when I asked if they could generate the return. Suddenly, two days ago, a person from your team answered that I can't return these items because 30 days already passed.
Are you kidding me?! I explained multiple times that the whole situation is not my fault! I sent all the evidence that I tried to return the items on time! What is the point of messaging this company for 3 MONTHS if they just ignored everything I said?
If the client tried to generate a return before the 30-day return window passed, contacted the company multiple times, and even sent the withdrawal from the contract on time, the company is legally obliged to accept the return.
It was YOUR company that didn't respond to my emails and messages for weeks. It's YOUR company site that wasn't working properly, and didn't let me return items in time. The client shouldn't take responsibility for the company's mistakes, because it violates consumer rights.
I never had such a frustrating experience with such a simple thing as returning two pairs of trousers. I was very patient, but I'm at my limit. I spend a lot of money in their shop and wanted to buy more clothes, but they clearly don't care about a lost client.
It's not my first negative experience with Minga London, because when half of my order was lost during the shipment, I needed to message Minga London multiple times and remind them about the refund. I finally received it after a month, but the whole experience was irritating and stressful. It's unbelievable that such a big company has so bad customer service.
Pity, because clothes are nice, but still not worth all the stress I experienced.
Do not buy from this company…
Do not buy from this company is you want to return anything! Despite the name they are not UK based. I returned an item well over a month ago using the DHL label they provided and it is stuck in customs somewhere abroad saying it is an issue with the label. I have raised this multiple times to get AI responses and to be told it is there issue not mine but yet no chance of a refund insight and as far as I know the package is still stuck at customs and they are telling me it is a DHL process. Really unhappy with their customer service and will not be purchasing anything from them again!

Shocking
Shocking! Awful experience
Ordered a bag for a birthday present and was delivered with very poor packaging, flimsy box which had been damaged. The bag inside had been squashed and totally out of shape, looked terrible. Contacted Minga who said I could return as don’t do exchanges which I did. Took ages to get there, didn’t realise it was sent to Portugal not London! After 3 weeks I have finally received a partial refund???? So I’m now out of pocket for an item that was damaged and not as described? Not my fault!
Poor customer service and no response to email so have had to open dispute with my bank.
Totally unacceptable. Order at your own risk! please read their reviews, not good at all!
Oh and received an email today saying they are refunding orders every 15 mins? Why don’t you refund customers so they’re not out of pocket instead of giving away orders as a promotion!

Awful company for refunds
Lovely clothes but an awful company to deal with when returning- items have to be sent back to Portugal and currently mine have been stuck at Oporto airport for over 3 weeks awaiting customs clearance, I have chased numerous times, once being given incorrect information that the parcel had cleared customs but according to my tracking on DHL the parcel is still held at Oporto. I don’t think I’ll be getting my refund any time soon. A very disappointing experience and also with a misleading name. Why call yourself Minga London when you are based in Portugal?

Recommend highly.
I was skeptical at first about ordering but finally gave in and it was great. Very quick delivery (within 2 days of ordering) the clothes I bought were exactly as shown on the website and good quality and I even got some stickers which is always great :)

Horrible experience - no customer service
Ordered a bag over two weeks ago, there was no other shipping option than to pay £6 for express shipping, which I had to do. I have contacted the company multiple times asking for an update on my order and to refund my shipping as I’ve paid £6 for a service I have not recieved. I’ve still had no response. When they finally dispatched my order about 10 days later, I contacted DHL to find out what was happening with my parcel only to be told that Minga have not provided the paperwork in order to ship the parcel so it’s being held in Portugal until they do. Why are they called Minga London if they are shipping from Portugal?! Again, I have contacted Minga by two email addresses, instragram and chat but they have not responded. Considering opening a dispute on Klarna as I don’t think I will be receiving my order anytime soon. Horrible experience.
DO NOT BUY FROM MINGA LONDON !!!
UPDATE: now refusing to refund without waiting over 2 weeks for the item to be shipped back when they sent the faulty item. Absolutely shocking
firstly I had to wait 10 days for them to ship the item , followed up with them and received no help from a human at all. My order arrived around 2/3 weeks after I ordered it and the quality was shocking , there were loose threads everywhere and a hole in the cr0tch. For the price point I expect better. now I have emailed their help team and still received No response at all. This whole company is laughable really, don’t bother ordering because if something goes wrong you won’t be able to get it touch with anyone other than a robot.

Feel like leaving full stars probably…
Feel like leaving full stars probably because was expecting the worst from the recent reviews. Order of 1 item did take a week to be dispatched which is within acceptable standard i guess for this time of the year, also received a speedy response from customer services when enquiring about the order. Can't complain really and it is always nice to take a breath of relief after reading all the below reviews and starting to panic.

Awful and non-existent customer…
Awful and non-existent customer service. Generated a return for a £190 order and the label did not work. Contacted the customer service team on the 5th December through their website and received an AI response telling me they would put me through to an agent. More than 11 days later and still no reply, and my returns are now out of the return period window. Have left multiple comments on their social media to which I’m continuously asked to give them my order number for them to look into things and still haven’t heard a single thing back. I am now stuck with £190 of clothes that do not fit.
The returns are also being shipped back to Portugal which is misleading, given their name is Minga London.

Return and refund is a long wait
UPDATE. Return email was sent to me and refund was issued straight away. Refund has now been received via klarna and is now back into my account. Thank you.
Ordered on the 9th November, received on the 12th November and items were too big so returned on the 13th November. Took 11 days for them to receive it (25th November). I've had no email to say my parcel has been received or anything regarding my refund of £304. I have emailed repeatedly and all I've been told is it takes up to 14 business days for refund to be processed. Well today is the end of the 14 business days and still no correspondence or refund. Will NEVER order from them again. They're a joke.

Lost package, AI assistant lied
UPDATE: human customer service finally responded (after almost a month), and however ALSO lied about having started an investigation, which DPD (the carrier) confirmed was never started and was indeed a lie on part of Minga London. shame on them.
My order #105018 has been lost for over two weeks. I have emailed and tried to chat online with Minga London multiple times to help initiate an investigation with the carrier, but their AI automated responder has not helped whatsoever, I still have not gotten a response nor any proper help (order shipped 24th of november and we are now mid december). The AI assistant went as far as lying to me and saying that they had already contacted the carrier to start an investigation (which was a lie, as was confirmed by the human customer service from the carrier, who let me know that Minga London has not even attempted to reach them).
This AI customer service has made me lose hope in wanting to stay a loyal customer to the brand.
No refund was issued either, I feel scammed.

Stolen money & poor quality
Ordered lots of clothes with the hopes of refreshing my wardrobe. Spent over £400 and ended up sending it all back due to shockingly poor quality. Jacket I ordered had pockets that were stitched closed! Even worse- I sent everything back for a refund on the same day and it’s been two weeks with no updates or refund. DO NOT ORDER!!! I’ve emailed them on multiple occasions and there is no update on receiving my refund.

Aaaaaaaagh!
Same as another customer. I placed my order on 4th December and it still hasn't shipped! Not happy! They should have stopped accepting orders for a while if unaible to fulfil them in an acceptable time. It's just infuriating when you spend over £100 with a company and can't even communicate with a human being to dicuss your concerns. Bad, bad, bad!

Have no idea where my orders are or when I will get them :(
===UPDATE: two of the orders has a tracking number and no two of them arrived in quickly thank you for hearing me out and the items are really cool :) ===
I really love their outfits but I have been waiting for over week (coming close to 2 weeks) for the orders to come. It says 48 hours but it is taking way longer and when I contacted the customer service I have heard nothing back.
And looking at the Minga London tracking site it just says "order placed" which tells me nothing as I have placed it over a week ago.
I am thinking of refunding if I do not know where the stuff I ordered is. The outfits look so cool but I and many other customers really do care about that transparency and customer service.
I have not even received DHL or Royal Mail tracking numbers which is worrying.

Still Waiting… Since November 24th
My order was placed on November 24th, and to this day it still hasn’t been completed. I contacted customer service on December 9th, and they replied within a minute — it honestly felt like I was talking to a bot. They simply told me that the order hasn’t been prepared yet and that they have no way to speed up the process. They said I would receive an email once it’s shipped. I understand it was Black Friday, but this is just too much. It’s already December 11th, and this level of delay and lack of real support is really unacceptable.

Failure to ship
*Edit, added a star as the order now shipped. Perhaps it would be a good idea to advise customers of delays rather than leave them in the dark* Ordered on 2nd Dec and they aim to ship within 1 working day. It's 10th today and still not shipped. Impossible to speak to anyone, the AI customer service agent is useless. I have no idea whether my order will turn up in time for Christmas.

Not shipping order
Ordered on the 1st of December, contacted them via email on the 7th to see when the items would be shipped and I have been ignored. Been waiting for a support agent to join the useless AI chat since yesterday (9th). First time ordering from here and it will definitely be the last. 48h delivery would be great if they ACTUALLY sent the packages. I’ve been waiting 9 days now for these items to be shipped, I was hoping to have these for Christmas presents. Appalling customer service.
