Not worth
I placed an order that arrived about a month ago and honestly I was quite disappointed: 1. I bought the mia black zip up hoodie and the fabric started to pill after some use WITHOUT WASHING IT 2. The bunny borg jacket, on the other hand, is really uncomfortable because it has pockets literally on the side so it's not comfortable ar all to put your hands in and the main problem is that the hood is very very heavy and pulls my neck and jacket back, making me using it once and left it hanging in the wardrobe. Honestly I'm very disappointed, I had quite high expectations and spent almost €200 on uncomfortable and low-quality garments.
HORRIBLE experience, lost money and didn’t get the product
It was HORRIBLE! We bought a bag on Black Friday, after a few weeks surprisingly some pants arrived which we obviously didn’t order. We tried to contact the costumer service. No response. We tried again and again, then they responded but didn’t seem to understand our problem. We had to write MULTIPLE e-mails and it took them weeks to answer and to even understand our problem which shouldn’t be that hard. The bag was supposed to be a Christmas present. By Christmas they understood that they’d send us some pants instead of the bag. We had to send them the pants and afterwards, they would send us the bag. That’s what they told us. But then, again, after weeks, nobody tried to get in contact with us or send us the bag, even though the pants had already arrived for quite some time. We contacted them again. No response. Then suddenly we got the money of the bag back, without the shipping fee. So we didn’t get the bag and even LOST MONEY. Because they did a mistake and didn’t seem to care to fix it. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
Refused refund for broken items
Sent me the wrong items and refused to refund for 8 weeks until I threatened to contact trading standards - but they refunded only 80% of my order and forgot to refund me for the jewellery that broke in ONE wear.
Customer service is slow, rude, and I have not once received and apology or any compensation for the 8 weeks it took to get my refund, which they have so far sent in three parts and still owe me a tenner…
I asked multiple times for a direct line of communication, rather than AIs and emails from anonymous employees (one of which swore at me) - they lie in their emails and due to no one signing of with a name it’s incredibly difficult to track down one person to sort out issues.
A consumer should not have to put this much effort and not receive a refund within the given time frame, and should not have to clearly spell out how to do the maths for a refund.

This is NOT a UK company. Returns will incur custom charges
Whilst I like the clothes from this company. This company misleads its customers into believing it is based in the UK. It is only registered in the UK. If you need to return any items, they will be shipped to Portugal, where the customer will incur a customs charge, before the company will accept the return. Therefore, you will only ever be issued a partial refund.

Tried contacting customer support over two items I had returned and received no reply and no help. The clothes quality is lovely but their sizing is off, I measured myself to their sizing guide. I will not be purchasing from this company again.

I purchased a pair of pants during the Minga London winter sale, but the sizing was completely off—they were far too large for a 34” size. I requested a return weeks ago, but the communication has been terrible. Instead of a valid DHL return label, they keep sending a file that explicitly says 'this is not a prepaid label.' The only way to contact them is through email, but they don't even open or respond to my messages. I’ve been stuck with an item that doesn't fit for weeks with no way to send it back. Extremely poor customer service.

3-5 day delivery my ass
My order number is 09814535071507V. I ordered 17 days ago on December 29th 2025. On the DPD tracking app, it says my order has been at the same location for the past 7 days. I want my order delivered soon, or I WANT A FULL REFUND. According to Irish law, "If the seller fails to deliver your goods within 30 days or the specified date, you can cancel the contract and get a refund of all the money you paid (including delivery) without delay." I'm expecting either to receive my order within the next 13 days or to get a full refund.

Impossible to return items
Attempted to return one item of clothing using the return label generated via Minga’s official returns portal.
Multiple DHL Express service points refused to accept the parcel because the return label does not register on DHL’s system. I tried several locations and was told the same thing each time the label is invalid or unrecognised.
I have emailed Minga repeatedly to resolve this issue and received no response. As a result, I am being prevented from returning the item through no fault of my own.
This effectively removes my right to return and is not compliant with UK consumer law, which requires retailers to provide a functional and accessible returns process.
Very disappointing experience. I would advise caution if you may need to return an item.

Item good quality however awful customer service leaving me 82£ down! Jacket i ordered is too big. Return label keeps saying failed at drop off points so i cant return. Contacted 3 times with no response to solve the issue

Don’t order from this company! Absolutely shocking customer service, blunt unhelpful responses and to be honest I don’t think anyone who works at customer service there actually cares about the brand which is a massive shame. 4 ignored emails, their ‘contact us’ section on the app is completely useless. When I finally got a response I was given completely useless information and had no form of apology or friendliness regarding why I had to wait so long and send so many messages to get a response, almost as if I was being an inconvenience to them for wanting information about my own money! I finally received my refund after 7 WEEKS of posting my return. Again with no apology or compassion from customer service. Was sceptical of this brand regardless after seeing them rip off independent businesses, but after this I will never be buying from this company again and will be spreading the word. Very scammish behaviour. Lesson learnt!

SH*T CLOTHES AND SH*T CUSTOMER SERVICES
My girlfriend placed an order over £400 with you back in November. She received an email saying it cleared customs, which is in PORTUGAL, on the 16th of December. It’s currently the 9th of January and now her most recent email states that it’s “apparently in customs due to delays”. Meaning you either lied about it getting cleared of customs on the 16th of December, or you a currently lying now saying it’s still in customs as of the 9th of January.
I would implore anyone reading this TO NEVER BUY FROM MINGA. The items were poor quality with fake pockets and scream cheap materials with even cheaper assembly. It’s laughable that you would even still keep the name as Minga London when it’s clearly being made in the cheapest country to create the widest margin all while you lie customers out of their refund.
Order number is #222561 sort it out.

Refund has been a big issue
Refund has been a big issue, I have been waiting for one month to get the refund, they said the parcel is delayed due to DHL and Portugal custom clearance, but under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, a refund must be issued within 14 days of either receiving the returned goods or receiving proof that the goods have been returned. Customs delays are outside of my control and should not result in an indefinite delay to my refund.
Have send a numerous emails and no one solve the issue. Awful company to deal with and don’t use this company.
