Avoid this company! We ordered £20 worth of clothes 2 months ago. We have recieved no clothes, no communication and the tracking details take us to a page written in Chinese. We got in touch with their customer services to get a refund and have heard nothing back. They’ve basically stolen our money

Clothes are nice, but my god, the customer service is appalling, and returns are absolutely awful. No one gets back to you at all. I'm still waiting to receive confirmation they have my return after 18 DAYS!!!! so so stupid i would never recoomend this place

i ordered the cute.exe hair clip set and it arrived on saturday. i wore the ipod clip on monday, and it broke after only a few hours. keep in mind it was my first time wearing it. not very satisfied with the quality :/. also, the earbuds bow does not completely match the design as shown in the photo. overall, i was rlly excited and had been waiting on this to restock for a while, and now im just sad

Absolutely love the bag only issue I had was FedEx lost my parcel so arrived a few days late which is a shame and when getting in contact with FedEx they love to give excuses. I would still order from Minga London as the quality of the product I got is second to none and great prices too.

I had some bad experiences with bags, hats and jackets. But still good quality, but after a while (3 months) u can see the first signs of wear and tear.

Very cute items and fast delivery in early February. My initial and second purchase arrived within a week!

I reached out to customer service because a stud fell off of one of my items and they found a resolution quickly!

When i ordered from them the first time i got a great quality product but unfortunately it was faulty; the rivets were all coming loose within the first day of wearing it. I contacted them and was given a return code. Upon receiving my return they gave me my refund and I was able to purchase a new product that I love and have had no issues with. Minga London will definitely have more business from me in the future, as they have proven themselves to be reliable and trustworthy beyond delivering new products to their customers.

I ordered and it came in around a week. i love my new hoodie, looks just like the image and fits perfectly. only problem is that the import fees are high but the shipping and price is reasonable imo.

I got the holy damaged flare jeans. Amazing quality and design, and it sits on top of boots/shoes beautifully.

Honestly, I wasn't disappointed at all, even though shipping took a bit long. I think the idea of ​​adding stickers is really cute and adds a touch of class to the product. The skirt I purchased was, in my opinion, slightly overpriced for the quality of the product, even though I ordered it during the sale. Overall, though, the experience was positive.

Price tag is not cheap but the design and quality of fabric is great and fast delivery will defo order again

The quality of clothing is great, and the shipping is usually as said and pretty quick! Their pants are a bit big not only in length but also at the hips, so i would size down.
