Fast and good and easy to understand how to set up!

Tho it’s only 1048mb and if u play for more than a day over 2 players, it’s laggy.. 5 starts if it could be 2096mb 🤩

Doesn’t work man!!! It says it worked, but when i try to join, it says ‘unknown error.’

I wanted to learn how to back up & download my worlds. I got a super fast reply from Lateisha one of their customer support and I was able to do exactly what I wanted. They also have awesome servers and services.

The service was very good and polite and my issue was resolved quickly and clearly

Very fast support, it said it will respond in 1 business day they LIED they will respond in at least 30 minutes

In their Discord server, I stated a point and somebody then begun being rude and toxic so I just simply said "Didn't ask" And then left to avoid making drama. Staff were there the whole time so they know what happened, but then I was muted for 3 hours and they weren't punished at all, so I made a support ticket, they ignored the ticket and all they basically said was "Don't make anymore tickets or be banned from making more." So, great...

This is replying to Minehuts response. I've found that out now, but still I was muted for 3 hours for doing the staff's job and avoiding an argument, yet my mute reason was "Instigating an argument", I then contacted support, without anything they basically just said no.

So Minehut in all is an amazing server but I just wanted to let them know that I'm in 1.19.20 and it's not letting me join. Minehut please can you do something about it. That would be amazing as I love the server and I can't play anymore at the moment so please Minehut can you update your server?

i messaged support at 10 am gmt+3 which is like early pacific time and they responded within like 8 hours which is rly good for a big server, they were friendly, fixed the issues with no problems.

i had restarted my server to find it completely erased, 4 years of work gone for what seemed to be no reason. luckily Minehut staff helped me find the world file and restore all 4 years of work and restarted my quest to revive minecraft mondays. Thanks Leland!

The server keeps resetting and backups don't work properly either. The support has also not taken care of the tickets for days. Definitely not a recommendation.

Seems like they don't know what a backup is.
Just building casual and the server went offline two times. The world was rested to an earlier stage and none of the newer backups worked. 7 Hours of work is gone…
I wrote the support, but they are just ignoring my messages.
If you feel like not loosing hours of progress and don't feel like having a support which is just ignoring the problems they have, then you maybe don't want minehut as your server hoster.

The server has been reseted and all my changes in the last 5 hours were reseted the second time!

Minehut is pretty good. I know people complain about lag but that's lobbies, they ain't doing anything to your server. Minehut is also great to learn how to be a server owner or staff. they have awesome tutorials.

One thing I will though is letting us have more ram would be nice or make the server plans cheaper, please. Maybe make daily plan 25 credits/day So this way Minehut gets votes and we get an extra GB of ram.

Minehut is a great resource if you want the world to see your server (public,) HOWERVER if you want to have a privet server, you might consider looking elsewhere.

I love minehut and it is so awesome especiakly how i dont have to download viruses to add plugins. but i think they should make an option for a custom server icon because the diamond is boring.
