Minehut is great for growing your server quickly with ads and stuff, and the premium plans are decently priced. Especially after Minehut unleashed in 2021, I started using it again.

Minehut is bad in some ways as well. First off, the moderators are really sensitive. One time, all I said in the discord was making fun of a popular gens' server, and one mod got furious at me and muted me for 2 hours. That also brings me over to the second point, unoriginal, P2W servers that everybody plays for some reason because of the crappy ad system and how people with more money dominate, not people with better servers. The ad system is cool in all, just needs improvement.

On the server side of things, Minehut is amazing, and the support is good too (besides pretty long response times). As long as you dont mind your server not being 24/7, then you should be fine to use this host.

it made me sign up saying that the server is free and i'll get 20 GBs of storage, low ping, free backups. Instead I got 1 GB of storage and the rest costs. BS service

The minehut team helped me with my resource pack issue within a reasonable time frame.

They fixed the issue and responded in a fast time.

My Minecraft server's world wasn't working and they were really patient with waiting for my answer so I could tell more details. So i have been using minehut now for over a year now paying for one of their MH35 servers for the past several months. I have had no issues up until the last couple of months. I tried to change my server over to a Fabric 1.18.2 from a paper server so I could utilise more mods. I followed all of the steps and made backups etc.

Once i joined my server i checked I was OP etc and everything seemed fine, however I could not use any of the games basic commands such as /Gamemode set or /Time set. It simply stated i did not have permission or that it was an unknown command

I tried seeking help on their discord server, the guys over there whom are not endorsed by minehut were brilliant, even joining my server to try and help me with the issue however they were unable to do so despite trying everything we could think of.

So i opened a support card with minehut, i clearly outlined what the issue was and what I had already tried to do to resolve this, i.e. uninstalling all mods and plugins, op myself again etc. My response from minehut completely ignored my email, they simple told me how to use the control panel and to op myself, so i told them Id already tried this, next they told me to try the discord server. I dont believe they even had the decency to properly read my email.

Anyway after several emails I gave up and converted back to paper so I could use the server, I then got told they would send an engineer to my server to try and fix this, this was in the early hours of the morning and I had work early and was already asleep. Before I could even convert my server back to fabric they sent me an email saying the engineers could use the commands (ON A PAPER SERVER) and hence the issue was resolved and closed the support ticket.

This is by far the worst customer service experience i have received, i have since left minehut and will be taking my money and time elsewhere. Absolutely disgusting from minehut and the fact they havent bothered to respond to my further emails is disgraceful. Please avoid Minehut if you are a serious player and want a decent server.

Three times I have requested help from minehut, and all three times I have gotten quick and helpful responses that helped resolve my issues instantly. Minehut is awesome.

Minehut Are a Pretty Good Host But im using it a Few month now And i Found some bugs When i Readded plugin and i Removed all of them some Come back out of nowhere and The Level Seed Can bug Sometimes to But For the Rest are it a pretty good host

The community on this server is great. I have my own server on this host and its amazing. I did run into an issue but the community + administration team were willing to help me out with it, and they did.

They responded pretty quickly after I DMd them on Twitter. I was worried I wouldn't be able to fix it but they helped me out and I was able to fix it under 15 mins! 5 stars for speedy and clear responses! :D

The support was great, the servers work wonderfully! What more could you ask than great and helpful support when you have issues, not to mention they were incredibly friendly, and free Minecraft and great servers!

My expirence with minehut has been nothing but good, one time my server wouldn't start and I reached out to minehut support and they responded within the hour and luckily I had figured it out after looking at the logs, I run an SMP on minehut and have only had 2 problems with it in the past and it has been running for 2-3 months and with the added ability to upload any plugins (unlike other providers) and most other files, it makes my expirence really fun,

The support was really great and fast. They helped me alot and they are friendly. Overall great!
