I’d like to leave a very positive review for the implementation and account management team at Mindbody, especially Jesus Villas, Pelayo Jaimez, and Kayleigh Walker, for the incredible support they provided during the relaunch and transition of Clann Fitness in Ashbourne, Co. Meath.

As part of a complete relaunch of the club, we were implementing Mindbody across multiple areas of the business, including memberships, gym access, class bookings, Reformer Pilates scheduling, lead management, member communication, and integration planning with other systems. It was a large and fast-moving project with many moving parts, and the support from the Mindbody team was exceptional throughout.

Jesus and Pelayo played a huge role during the onboarding and implementation process. They were always available to help, extremely knowledgeable about the platform, and very patient when guiding us through configurations, automations, and operational workflows. They took the time to understand the structure and goals of Clann Fitness rather than offering generic solutions, which made a massive difference during setup.

The implementation of Mindbody has become a key part of the modernisation and growth strategy of Clann Fitness, and the professionalism and support from this team gave us confidence during a very important stage of the business.

A huge thank you to Jesus, Pelayo, and Kayleigh for all the help and dedication. It has genuinely been a pleasure working with all of you.

Companies just told me that when that out services are automatically renewed 12 month out into another 12 month contract that can’t be broken. It’s a cycle that once you are in you are in. And they stipulated that you have to inform them 30 days out of this or you just stuck for another year. No email or contact informing you of your year starting over. Do not trust these people

I’ve had an excellent experience with Pelayo via the Mindbody app! He’s been incredibly supportive, guiding me through integrating the app with my site. He’s prompt, professional, and patient—even with my repetitive questions! Thanks to him and the team, I feel confident and informed. Highly recommend!

I am disappointed that Mindbody does not offer a proper deposit option. For service-based businesses like mind, deposits are necessary to reduce no-shows and secure appointments. This limitation impacts revenue and operational efficiency. I hope this becomes a priority feature update.

The technical support at MindBody is excellent. Chad Coombes in particular has helped to iron out some issues for us and gave us some helpful tips to make our Lead generation work better for us. MindBody has excellent customer support in general compared to many other booking platforms - the AI bot solves about 90% of queries for us in seconds, and for the remaining 10% I always get a call back from an actual human being within a couple of hours. I can highly recommend MindBody.
