Mindbody no guarantee offer.

I just had a required meeting with Sr Client Engagement Spec-AU to cancel my subsrciption. In 6months I have had absolutely 0 traffic. Having completed all the requirments of their onboarding process, linking to my various professional sites to increas traffic. Can someone explain how "a leading business management software and consumer booking platform" fails to actually deliever bookings and consumers? Because they couldn't. I was met with excuse "no guarantee" of service performance. The best that was offered was to look at my website again with a specialist to determine what tweaks could be made based on the success of other Mindbody customers. Essentially 'nothing else can be done, we make no gaurantee'. I honestly could have thrown the money at random Google ads and had a better result.

Nothing works, liability issues and poor service

The door access system didn’t work and we were never told we would be the first people using it. They uploaded our data incorrectly and took weeks to do it so didn’t get to do our presales. Have lost countless number of clients due to the door access system failing, leaving people out in the cold. The contracts links they provided also didn’t work so people couldn’t purchase the contracts when the data was finally uploaded. The reports show conflicting data. We have been set up wrong with appointments leaving us open to liability issues as our insurance requirement were not met. Multiple campaigns didn’t send when they were scheduled during our presales which was crammed into days rather than months. When the issues were raised we were told that the staff member who was to help us was going away and when he came back only had 3 hours to dedicate to us. Essentially nothing works how it’s supposed to and it’s caused damage to our reputation, our presales and ongoing client management and well as liability issues and still nothing has changed 5 weeks after opening. Not to
Mention the integration partner they suggested for our accounting software was a scam company and had all of our accounts locked. Just to touch on the big ticket items.

Mindbody has been a gamechanger in our business. Allowing us to use, data and analytics to make key decisions. Working with Ornella as our account manager has made the process even better.

From trouble shooting, to showing us new and improved ways of using the system, every call with her enables us to progress in how we run the business.

MindBody works well for complex businesses

My first meeting with my on boarding, Support left me wondering if MindBody was going to work for us or not. In fact, I wrote to them and said I did not think it was going to work because our organization is complicated, too complicated for MindBody software.

And then we had our second meeting. My on boarding expert had created much of what I had needed specifically for our organization and she had simplified how clients would interact with our platform, which of course meant I would receive fewer phone calls and spend fewer hours trying to figure out workarounds to better serve our clients.

When we finally completed the set up, which took about a month, I was looking at a system that worked for a wellness center that serves prenatal to 50+ clients. That was pretty impressive!

I'm sure others who are younger then me understand all this computer stuff but it can be over whelming. The members of mindbody do a great job in helping i just wish i could call someone to talk me through things instead of sending messages through email. Carlos did a good job but i think he and others are over worked with to many clients.
