We placed an order and made payment to…

We placed an order and made payment to MIMO GmbH, which operates the child website The Glow Trade, but almost a month has passed and we have still not received our stock or any shipment tracking details. Despite repeated attempts to contact them, we have received no response.

This experience has been extremely disappointing and has caused us serious concern. We hope MIMO GmbH takes this matter seriously, responds to our messages, and resolves the issue by delivering our order or providing a refund. We also hope the relevant authorities investigate any potential wrongdoing and that anyone found responsible is held accountable under the law.
We urge other businesses to exercise caution and carry out proper checks before placing orders or making payments.
