Scam :Agree with others this is a scam

Agree with others this is a scam, fraudulently set up when I was trying to download an APCOA parking app. Luckily my card was stopped after the fraud team spotted the transaction, after I had inadvertently "subscribed " thinking it was a verification for the parking app. but I think I have now unsubscribed. Will keep alert!

Scammers

This company debited £0.01 from my account, fortunately I recognised it as a fishing expedition and cancelled my debit card, however, three days later they tried to take £39.99 from my new card. The bank declined the payment and as we don’t know how they managed to compromise my new and as yet unused card, this has also been cancelled and a further card issued. Scammers and wish they could be prosecuted!

Scam Company

I Agee with others this is a scam company. I thought I had to sign up to activate a cheap camera I bought. They said it was no cost and only used my credit card for location check. I saw they tried to to charge a subscription which my bank stopped as it was never authorized. I have hopefully now unsubscribed from something I never signed up for.

Hqcontents? Nothing but a bunch of crooks!

Hqcontents are nothing but a bunch of crooks. Somehow without my permission or signature they managed to take £39.99 from my debit card. Yes, it's the same amount as the rest of you ... it's a scam! Fortunately I alerted my credit card company as soon as I saw this entry on my statement. They acted immediately, recognised this scam, cancelled my card and refunded the amount on my next statement.
Please avoid Hqcontents at all costs!

Your creditcard has been compromised

Thank you for posting your message M. Schoenmaeckers. The same thing happened to me. As soon as an amount is debited by PYD HQ Contents, this means that your credit card details have been compromised. Your credit card must be blocked and you must apply for a new credit card.

Fortunately, my total damage was limited to 39.99 euros. Two payments of 39.99 euros had been made with a month in between. After that, further payments must have been blocked after the bank discovered through its own investigation that these were fraudulent debits. The last payment fell within 120 days, which allowed a refund to be requested from the bank, and I got this amount back.

Apart from blocking these fraudulent debits, the bank had not taken any further action towards me as a customer. It was my own fault that my credit card details had been compromised. Three days before the first debit, I had entered into a free membership (of 0 euros) via a lure on the internet. I discovered this after searching my saved screenshots. So never do this. I must have taken out a 0 euro membership at zunatriam.com, I found out. The website of zunatriam.com states: 3-day free trial, € 39.99 after.

The bank employee of the fraud hotline warned me that PYD HQ Contents might respond, but that this ‘company’ will never actually proceed to a refund and tries to keep ‘customers’ hanging on for as long as possible.

HQC / HQContents / Streamhub SL IS A SCAM

In December we noticed a credit card payment of EUR 39.90 from our card, debited by HQ Content. We don’t know them, don’t even understand what they offer, never opened an account or received emails from them. We then found that they had taken money from our card for three consecutive months (EUR 119.70!). When approaching them, we explained we never opened an account with them. They emailed that they would cancel the contract and reimburse one month, but repeated back and forth made them not wanting to do more. Their very own T&Cs clearly state that they will grant full reimbursement in case of fraud, and this is a case of fraud, clearly. Our bank is investigating and blocked our card. It looks like they are a fraudulent site and try to scam money from people with stolen card data. I am still waiting for their refund - they are unapproachable, don’t call, don’t give you a name. They claim they won’t refund me, but this is no matter of a ‘refund’, since I don’t have a subscription with them in the first place! Check your card statement for PYD HQ Contents and never engage with this Scam organisation. I will not rest and will haunt them until I get the last penny back from them.
