We ordered the silver cross cove
From Millie and Ralph on pre order for early June in April
We thought that would be ok as our granddaughter wasn’t due until the end of June but she came early
I contacted Millie and Ralph and told them the situation
And they reshuffled some orders so as we could at least have the car seat and base
And then to our surprise the next day
( today ) the pram arrived
They went above and beyond to help

Ordered an outfit that could be personalised but as we don’t have a name yet I didn’t require the personalisation. A lovely lady called Olivia contacted me to make sure I didn’t need the name placing on the outfit before they sent it. Delivery was fast and I was kept up to date on how the order was being processed. The customer service is fantastic, so are the clothes. I’m very happy with my choices and will definitely order again. Definitely recommend Millie & Ralph.
