Really disappointing
Pre ordered in February for June delayed delivery which was all agreed to and pre paid. The company failed to ship my order on time without any explanation. I had to email to ask why my bundle hadn’t been shipped and their response was “we will ship them when we receive them” without offering a date or estimated time frame. The reason being that my items were now out of stock. The team were unsympathetic and wouldn’t accept any responsibility.
I had to email multiple times to get an estimated delivery date. This is disappointing and has put me off ordering in future.

We had a great experience at Millie &…
We had a great experience at Millie & Ralph as new parents who had no idea about prams! We were able to see all the different brands in person and test drive them all. Sophie was so helpful for us. She showed us how to use each one and was very knowledgable. The staff weren’t pushy with trying to get sales they left us to it when we needed time to discuss and we’re always on hand when we needed assistance. Great experience for us and we walked away very happy after placing our order thank you :)

I have bought baby clothes for my grandchildren from Millie and Ralph before so I knew quality of their products would be exceptional. They are well made and look much better, if possible, in real life. It’s so hard to get unique knitted outfits but I know I will find something special on their website. Easy order and very quick delivery. Well done M&R .
