Great experience. Production time in last orders has been reduced to less than 50%. Everybody very helpful and kind as usual.

We have been distributing Millers since 2011. The quality of their products is outstanding and the performance in the motorsports and classic ranges is second to none. We have found the service from the sales department to be excellent. The only downside is that I have found Millers to be too eager to supply outlets that abuse the price structure and know little or nothing about the product ranges. This I have to say is detrimental to the brand.

My business, based in Rutland (England's smallest county), has been a Millers Oils distributor for 2-3 years replacing our previous brand, Valvoline, which we used and distributed since the late 1980's, and those supply chain could only be described as abysmal at best. As a user, retailer and trade supplier we know our lubricants. Millers manufacture a huge range, including many specialist, OEM-spec lubricants for cars, trucks, motorcycles, classic and modern racing engines plus non-automotive lubricants. In addition I have access to a technical service which has proved useful on several occasions.
My Customers, as am I, are very happy with Millers products. Their supply and delivery times for replenishing our stock, taking stock of new and special order oils, lubricants, anti-freeze and other products, is prompt and very efficient indeed. In my opinion Millers Oils deserve 5-stars.

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with, they get a big order wrong, then want you to pay again before sorting it out, with the promise of a refund later, John Sleath Race Cars Ltd will not be using or recommending Millers oils again, try Lucas oils they get the orders right.

I have used oil monitoring on fleets for many years. I currently use Millers to monitor the oil in my own vehicle, which suffers from fuel dilution. Their excellent service gives me complete confidence in the condition of my engine and allows me to extend oil drain intervals for as long as possible. The lack of wear particles reported also confirms the engine is still in good condition. They respond quickly with precise information at a sensible price. Highly recommended.
