This is a scam - buyer beware!! Their product quality is shocking & despite their 30 day money back guarantee if not happy, they will not honor it. They claim to be from NZ but are not. No return address or phone number on package. Stay well away

Wish I had read the reviews before I purchased anything from them. I believe they are not in Wellington and you can not get an exchange as they hide behind "the items being on sale at the time", the items are all on sale !!!
I have offered to pay the shipping costs to exchange the dress for another size but they are still unwilling!
Do not buy from them!

They show an advertised product and when you receive it from China it is a low quality print which doesn't match the picture, fabric, seems and elastic aren't in the right places, and their no questions asked refund policy is a load of crap. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Do not buy. They will send crap shoes and won't let you return them.
Shoes don't even come in a box and take weeks to arrive so I doubt an nz company.
The shoes look similar to pictures they advertised but are NOT the same shoe or quality.

SCAMMERS!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. They do not give refunds and send the wrong item, completely not what the photos on the website show. Item takes weeks to come because it's coming from ASIA!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Purchased a pair of boots at end of June. Nothing like the description and very poor quality and sizing was way too narrow. I was charged for two pair but only received one pair. There was a two pair offer but I mistakenly ordered the two, so when I realised a couple of hours later I emailed them to rectify the mistake in my order. They said they would do so straight away. That was the end of June and I’m still waiting!! I’ve had all the standard platitudes and how they care about their customers etc etc etc. They have run out of reasons for the delays so now I get no answers at all! This is not a safe company ( if it really is legitimate?)
I think it’s a scam and I urge everyone to stay well away from this website.

Do not buy from this company, wish there was a NO star rating. I wish I'd done my research. Heavily sponsored ads on Facebook, appearing to be a NZ based company with money back guarantee. Emails once order confirmed bounce back. Weeks later item shows up and is cheap crap that was not worth $15 let alone the nearly $100 paid, no tags and shipped from china. Eventually was able to email a Gmail email and got a reply to say not eligible for a refund because it's a sale item and a bunch of crappy excuses as to why it looks nothing like the picture. Nothing but scammers posing to be NZ based to gain the trust of consumers. Furious!

I wish I had checked out more about this company before purchasing sub standard waterproof ankle boots!
I waited one month for waterproof ankle boots. Note they have nothing to do with Wellington! The boots are possibly from China!
I Paid $79 for them in the sale! They were originally $160.
They look nothing like the advert promoting the boots and although they state size 38 they are too small! Definately not a size 38.
Company will not refund or exchange. They are not interested in sorting this issue out! I have been left with a useless product. I would not advise using this company. Promises on their www site claim refunds if not satisfied but that statement is not true! E mails back and forward have caused me much stress! I am very disappointed! I have never had issues from other on line providers. I am retired and thought the waterproof boots would be good when walking my dogs.

Do not trust the Milla Wellington online store. This is NOT a Wellington store but a store operating from Asia, most likely China. I ordered ankle boots for NZ$79.95, supposedly reduced from NZ$160. The boots arrived from Asia, not Wellington, in very cheap packaging and were substandard quality for the price paid.
I had a look on Ali Express and found the very same boots for NZ$18.00!!! So you can imagine the quality. So disappointed and annoyed at myself for not checking reviews first. I tried emailing the email listed on the Milla Wellington website but it is fake and was returned to me.... Buyer beware!!!

It's just another Chinese knock off site - there's no way your going to get your money back or a replacement from these guys!
I purchased 2 pairs of shoes called Wilma @ $99 each on "sale" from what I thought was a store in Wellington (silly me not checking first) they took over 3 weeks to arrive and the docket shows they came from China.
They certainly were not the quality I was expecting, they had three straps around the ankles and each of the straps had holes starting from the center and then angling right up to the edge on an angle which will easily rip with wear over time as the last hole being the one that I need to use is like maybe 1 mill from the edge. Then they didn't fit even though I used the measurements shown on the website they were way to big by at least 2 sizes. They arrived in a plastic bag and packaged inside plastic bags not a shoe box. One of the pairs has a dent/line mark into the leather on the top of the toe which I cant get out so it must have been squashed under something in transit. When I emailed them and sent photo's in regards to size, the dent and defects in the straps I was told as they arrived in good condition, was the size I ordered and that because they were a sale item they would not swap or refund due to their returns policy.
Everything they have on the website is on sale therefore they use this so they don't have to replace/refund. The website says they had been in Wellington for 24 years but from what I have found they aren't even a physical store and are not on the companies register. You can't phone them and the email address on their website rejects. I had to go back to the email I received when purchasing and it's a completely different email address... The site says closing down sale or winter sale depending on what page your on, another give away had I looked harder...
My advise is always check these sites out first, it originally came across my Facebook feed and again from what I've found Facebook knows about these sites but doesn't give a s***!
