just don’t book. don’t let the 4.7 stars fool you, this has to be the worst auto shipment company i’ve ever come across bro seriously. i’m a college student looking to ship my vehicle from everett, wa to pullman, wa. i needed my car to arrive on august 17th, and vanessa told me that means they’ll either pick up the car on the 15th or 16th. ok that’s fine by me! she then said “a trucker will be in contact with you on thursday with details”
thursday comes. i get no call. i call mile auto transport and vanessa answers. i ask her why im not getting a call and she says i could a call “today or tomorrow” i said “you said thursday” she said really it could be today or tomorrow…. okkkkk… friday comes around and i still don’t get a call 😂 i call them myself and the man on the phone is saying that i was assigned a driver the night before but his truck broke down. so i was assigned a pickup driver and no one told me ok. they’re saying “we promise we’ll get your car there on the 17th”
i call on saturday to see if there’s any luck. a man answers and he seems annoyed im like ok. i proceed to call a few more times after that and im not sure if their offices are closed or if im getting ignored but i never received a call back. alex texted me last night saying that there’s a shortage of drivers but when i was on the phone with him today he said i was assigned a driver but he backed out last minute because of some logistic issue. those two stories do not coincide with each other at all alex!!
yall today is the 17th and i got no car. it was never picked up. i cancelled my order and am now booking with another company. absolute joke of a company and im so serious, do not book with them!! now i dont have any of my stuff for move in today because of mile auto transport’s poor communication and coordination skills.

I signed a contract with this company and clearly stated that the vehicle needed to be picked up on August 15 in the afternoon. I was working with Alex Miller, and communication throughout the entire process was virtually nonexistent.

I emphasized the urgency from the beginning — our flight was scheduled for August 16 at 5:30 PM, so the car absolutely had to be picked up by the afternoon of the 15th. Despite multiple reminders, Alex showed no urgency whatsoever. Unsurprisingly, the pickup never happened on the agreed date.

I even told him I needed a final answer by noon on August 16, and once again — no response. This whole experience was incredibly stressful. I couldn’t sleep that night and woke up at 8:30 AM on the 16th to — of course — zero communication from this company.

Out of desperation, I found another company online — Broadway Auto Transport — and the difference was night and day. They were professional, responsive, and within just a few hours, by 11:30 AM, they had a driver confirmed and coordinated the pickup smoothly.

This company wasted my time, ignored my urgent timeline, and added completely unnecessary stress to my family's move. Totally unprofessional. I do not recommend them and will be reporting my experience to their corporate office as well.

This was my first time using their services. It was a wonderful experience. They came to pick up the car on the date we agreed to. They got the car to the destination the next day. They were kind and professional, communication was great. I will most definitely use them again. I wouldn’t recommend any other car transporting company.

From the first call to Jan during our research for transporting our car from South FL to Central TN I knew we had selected the best. Anytime we had a question He assisted with a quick response. The drive Reginald was amazing from the pickup to the drop off. I highly recommend this Company. It was worth every $ spent. A very simple process.

Vanessa was extremely helpful throughout the entire process The car was Picked up on time and delivered on time. First time transport and was very skeptical but worked out great.

As a woman calling around for auto transport was scary and intimidating. But this company made me feel heard and in good hands. Two companies tried to scare me and told me I’m being scammed by Mile auto so they can take my service. When I told this to Mile auto they were so understanding and made me feel at ease. They never judged me or pushed or got mad. Do not trust ultimate transport 123 or Safemile auto transport. They are scummy and try to take business away from small companies like mile auto to get your money. They are pushy and scary and spam you with text. Mile auto used synergy to get my car the driver was William who was so kind and punctual. Thanks mile auto I’ll use you again.

I found Mile as I was searching for companies out of IL. Did my research and looked up their business license with the State and the BBB to make sure they were legit. I’ve shipped cars before so I knew what to do since there are so many scammers out there. Alex was wonderful. And the price was exactly what I was willing to spend! I had quotes from low to high, over $1300 but as soon as I spoke to Alex, price was given upfront right away. There were no extra hidden fees. One fee to Alex and he took care of the rest! In a few days he had my car picked up in Florida and delivered to Chicago. Driver was amazing as well and I was able to track the driver and kept in contact during his drive up north. The process was effortless and I would definitely recommend using Mile!!

I have never used a transport company before and was a little bit concerned at first which resulted in me asking a lot of questions. Mr. Alex of Mile Auto Transport answered all of my questions with great patience and made me feel at ease with this process. My 06 F250 truck was picked up and delivered on time with no incident. I would highly recommend Mile Auto Transport and will use them again if the need arises.

In a sea of scumbags, Mile Auto Transport, LLC was a shining star! The term "You get what you pay for" has never been so true. My agent, Jack, quoted a higher price but he delivered on time and without any last minute cost increases. I went with them based on their BBB rating and Jack's total transparency regarding the process. 100% Recommended!

The service was excellent and the cost was very competitive. The car was picked up and delivered the same day, a 330 mile drive despite a 3-hour delay by the dealership. The driver was courteous and professional. The customer service was, too. I am very pleased with Miles Auto Transport.

There are a bunch of transport companies and while I can’t speak for others Mile was outstanding! Picked up my Corvette the day they promised and delivered it when promised!!! Took pictures when picked up and again on delivery. Not a mark on the car!! Highly recommend!!!

Miles Auto Transport transported my vehicle when no one else could. I had 2 other well know transporters that kept telling me they could get my vehicle transported in a day or two, weeks later still not transported.
I spoke with Jan, told him what was going on and with in 2 days I had my vehicle.
