Driver intimidates and threatens
I had a harrowing experience with Diesel Auto Express and would never recommend their services to anyone. Unfortunately they were the contractors of Mile Auto Transport. Diesel Auto Express provided a terrible service, with a rude, aggressive, and threatening driver, poor communication, and a complete disregard for respect to the customer. They mady my move accross the country more expensive. On top, The driver treatened me, called names, started manhandling the vehicle, gave me a wrong email id for zelle payment and demanded the payment without veryfying the email-ID. I strongly advise against using their services. I have a full review at their website.
The only silver lining was the manager, Jack, who was extremely nice and patient every single time I spoke with him. He allowed me to vent finally during the nightmarish experience when I genuinely panicked for my safety and was extremely helpful during this hellish experience. Jack deserves more than a compliment for his professionalism and support.
In Addition, I will recommend check with the Mile Auto Transport before finalizing shipment. I understood, once they contract the shipment out to a dispatcher, they don't have full control on many things. That said, I believe, the associates at Mile Auto Transport, like Jack deserve some praise and they are the only reason the whole thing disn't turn to a 100% negetive experience.

Our vehicle was transported from the Chicago area to near Raleigh NC. They got it here early and in great shape. The driver knew the area and was pleasant to deal with.
Everything went as planned and we have our vehicle in the same shape as when it was handed over. Never done this before so we were relieved.

This could not have gone any better
This could not have gone any better. Our car broke down in a remote area and we had to leave it for repair.
Alex of Mile Auto answered my text promptly and understood what we needed.
When the car was repaired it was delivered as soon as possible even on a holiday weekend.
Alex stayed in touch the entire time.

I had a great experience with Milo Auto Transport LLC moving my car from IL to CA end of Jun. Price was reasonable and the whole process went smoothly. The team was professional and on top of things keeping me informed of the current location the entire move. I would definitly recommend them.

Shipped car over 300 miles in 2 days for a good price.
Vanessa help me get my car back across state lines (350 ish miles) in a short amount of time for an affordable price. I’m hoping I don’t have to get my car shipped again, but if I do I will definitely be using their services again. Thank you again!
