Hmm where to start, I liked the way they took care of me. From transport to hotel, from service to translation, evetything was without any problems. Hair specialist, drive were always on time, consultation before procedure was enough time where I could express about my expactations. The procedure went accordingly, thanks Milano Klinik I do not have any hair loss and baldness anymore. They gahe medications, medical shampoo and lotions needed

I had a hair transplant performed in Feb 2024. Flight, pickup, transfers between hotel clinic were all great, I was so nervous I forgot my phone in the bus and they worked to get it back for me. But the problem I have was the procedure. I'm currently seeking help as my hair looks very unnatural and pluggy. To sum it up it look like they used a sewing machine.
Thick hairs at the front. I have black hair and only required front hairline. My donor area is full. The problems with the transplant are...
Equal spacing.
Hairline is straight across.
Front of hairline has the triple double hairs creating an unnatural look (plugs).
After procedure was given a bag of pills with no instructions on how to take them I reached out to the coordinator which responded hours later.
Many times during the procedure the tech answering cell phone calls during procedure when cell phones shouldn't be touched during that time, as an infection can easily happen(thankfully I was okay)
The worst part is hearing comments from people.
"Looks like a transplant from the 80's"
I have a appointment in Canada and will update my review of what they tell me and what the correction will be.
If I could I'd submit photos to show the people how bad this was.
Living in Canada and procedure being in turkey not much the company can do for me now, I wish I could get my money back. I've sent them 6 pictures of what the outcome looks like. I have answered all of Milano questions from whatapp
Lastly in the response of this review they said I haven't responded. I have responded and also sent six pictures 2 close up 4 from 3 feet. My procedure was Feb 5th till now has been a complete 10 months. Any of Milano updates reviews will be answered and will be updated in my review.

P.s the responses get modified as time goes. Will keep this review updated from what a surgeon says in Canada.
And does it make a difference if you want photos from a distance when clearly from 3feet away it's horrible. I didn't want a transplant to look good from 10ft or more.
I can paint a car with a paint brush and will look good from a a distance.
Let me ask you, do clients do hair restoration so they can look good from a distance or up close when being in arms length from people? And those photos I supplied.
It's good from far but far from good.

Update:...
Need to basically redo the entire process all over again to correct my issues.
-i was told prp injections should've been -performed prior to procedure not afterwords as mine was done) to prevent possible graft blow out.
-improper techniques used by technician when selecting hairs for hairline.
-will possibly need to extract and move hairs.
-hair loss or rejection rate is almost 20% overseas. When the people I just spoke told me they have 2% rejection rate when using proper technique.
All I can say don't be fooled (as I was) and do your homework.

New update Feb 27 2025.
I have an appointment to perform another hair transplant to correct my transplant with Milano next week. The need to correct my hairline, fill in the lines that were created.
I've seen many clinics in Canada and a lot of them won't even look at me. Telling me I require laser hair removal as the hairline is incorrect. The location should've been 5mm higher. I'm so upset that I need to do this again. The last I heard from Milano was "we'll talk tomorrow" that was Nov 18 2024. I'm still waiting for the response.
People really think twice don't be fooled by the hotels and limos

I had my liposuction surgery with the Milano Klinik. There were 6 areas to be performed. My stomach, thighs, belly, sides and arms. It went very sucesfull. I look more fit and health now. They spent with me enough time during the physical consultation to listen to my expactations and doctor performed the procedure accordingly. I had my hair transplat 6 months ago. The procedure went well. I stayed only 3 nights in İstanbul . The number of grafts was enough to cover my balding areas. The hair specialist performed an intensive work, was very careful and he performed the first hair washing. They provided me all the necessary medical shmapoo and lotions.. The transfer were always on time. Thanks to the great team of Milano Klinik

I did breast argumentation with Milano clinic. Everything regarding transfer and organization was good. I was informed about timing, my medication. I could ask any questions on what’s app group, it was really great.
Regarding my surgery:
1) I didn’t expect that they would operate me in the another clinic it was not Milano clinic that I saw on instagram and YouTube.
2) everything was super fast. For me I prefer to meet my doctor and speak with him one day before surgery to choose the size and ask all questions, to get proper consultation. At least to prepare myself mentally.
I didn’t get it in Milano clinic.
3) nurses don’t speak English. I was alone and it was difficult for me to explain them that I want water. They brought for me very small cups of water , that was not enough, I asked about at least a bottle of water but they didn’t have.
Others things were good . I was accompanying by URAS and NURAY , they are cute and supportive. Thanks for the help.

I did Lipo with Milano Clinic little over a year now. I was and still not happy with my results. I was always very curvy just always had belly (which when tucked not really visible) and back fat that I wanted to get rid of. The incisions sites were not discreet and there were 5 incisions on my lower stomach area and 8 on my back! I don’t remember the doctor’s name but an experience doctor would have made the incisions smaller and at more discreet places! Now I feel very insecure about my body which I was never before cause I already had a nice figure! Now I’m still left with belly fat as I gained back the weight which is fine as I’ve been so stressed about these scars. Now I don’t know what to do with these ugly scars I use to be confident getting naked now I can’t even look at myself to even have someone else looking at me! This has messed up my confidence and me going back in a relationship with 13 hideous scars on me which I did not need! Excluding the navel entrance. A good surgeon would have access via the navel and two groin area so that the scars are hidden or at least under the boobs to hide the scars. Back lipo should have just been 2 entry points instead of 8 that are evenly shaped and placed! Please spend the extra money and go somewhere that don’t leave you looking butchered! They literally butchered my sexy body and beautiful skin!

Not to mention the pain that I was in due to the 8 incisions on my back! Back lipo is one of the most painful areas ever and they poke me 8 times! I suffered during recovery too!

Please go somewhere else with more experience doctors please!!!

THIS IS NOT A SPAM as they reply below might indicate. Do I look idle to randomly come on here and accuse a clinic that I’ve never been to? Can you not see the genuine pain in my comment above. Whoever read this can choose to go there at their own risk. Maybe, I got a Rookie doctor or a Rookie team but the above was my experience and now I have to live with the consequences and I have the horrible scars to prove it!

The personnel is very nice and attentive. The doctor explained everything well and the stance was comfortable.

Had surgery with Milano in October 2023. The surgery went well although the staff don’t speak much English and was told I had to buy my own water when I came round from anaesthetic and there was no way I could leave my bed so I didn’t have any until after I left hospital next day. On checkup day to see doctor I was taken in a van with no windows, collecting other patients on a blistering hot day for over an hour to see him. I honestly thought I was going to die in the back of there, it was so scary .
Aftercare is non existent when you arrive home, if you are unhappy with your result or something is wrong they are not interested in helping. They were happy to take money for surgery but there aftercare replies are surgery shouldn’t be taken for granted, have fillers instead.

Would not recommend very scary experience

I had a positive experience with Milano Clinic! My coordinator Seyda took good care of my case from the moment I contacted her about the service until after the operation. Although my surgery was delayed of one day, I was offered the possibility to stay longer in the hospital and recover. I am happy and satisfied about the care from the hospital staff although the language barrier was sometimes a little problem. The surgeon did a great job and I am sure the results will look good once I recover completely.
I can for sure say that the highlight of this journey was Seyda, she was helpful even during the weekend when she is not usually working and gave me the maximum support and answered to all my queries and doubts. Having a surgery is a stressful situation and I panicked a few times, but Seyda was always on the phone to reassure and help me with all the information.

I couldn’t be happier! I had my surgery (breast reduction and tummy tuck) in october. The result is amazing. I finally feel confident, and all thanks to Milano Clinic! The staff Made my experience Perfect. Great Service and Great people. All was perfectly organised.
Till now I feel free to keep in touch with the staff for questions about the healing process or other staff, and Seyda is always ready to help.

I had an excellent experience with Milano Clinic. The doctor, nurses, and organizer Seyda were incredibly friendly, kind, and supportive. Despite being alone, they made me feel like part of their family, taking great care of me throughout my surgery. They even checked in afterwards to ensure everything was going well. On the discharge day, the lovely nurses Sema and Sakina came to see me off, providing detailed medication instructions. I highly recommend Milano Clinic to anyone in need of help; you'll love it there!

3 week ago had a surgery,I am so happy with my results.The service that clinic offered was very professional.Seyda was amazing all the way long,I did get panic the day of the operation to the point that I almost cancelled,but she managed to calm me down,she came with me and stayed until the moment of the surgery.My doctor did a brilliant job,thanks to his work I love my body.I was so happy with everything from Milano Clinic,I will go back there again and I know that I will be in in professional's hand.I highly recommended Milano,they are what they say.Thank you again Seyda and my doctor.

my whole experience with Milano Klinic was outstanding, the care that was provided was exceptional and I couldn’t be happier with my results (I had a bbl). From the moment they picked me up from the airport to when I was flying back to London, everything ran smoothly. The surgeon was lovely, nurses were caring (especially Sema) and Sude who done my massages she made me feel very comfortable and if I had any issues they both communicated well with me. not to mention the clinic was very hygienic and well presented, the hospital was too. If I decide to have anymore procedures done in the future I will 100% go back to this clinic! And will recommend friends/family also. I could not fault this clinic! Milano clinic has been great for me. I came here January 2023 for “mommy makeover” which included breast lift, 360 lipo and tummy tuck. I am still swollen and still have time before I am fully recovered but I can see my results are amazing from the surgeon, who was also very friendly and was happy to answer any questions and explained the procedure well even though there was a slight language barrier I understood everything that he was saying. There was a slight delay with surgery but apart from that everything has been perfect. My pain was managed well within the hospital and the nurses came to help whenever I called them. All my pick ups and transfers have been on time, all my appointments I have been looked after by the team, I had a lovely massage at Milano clinic which made me feel much better, and I would recommend anyone to use Milano clinic if they are considering surgery in Turkey.
