Thank goodness Miebo is off patent in the U.K.!...called Evotears it is weaker than Miebo so we'll see how it goes. The 3 day day expedited shipping took 10 days days so when I refill I'll keep that in mind....

So far all the products look good and legit and wonderful and I think this would be a good company to do business with and I love that we can make this review and possibly get a refund. I hope I win.

Wonderful expedience. I was a bit scared to order from over seas. Didn’t know if this was a trusted company or not. I found out it IS! Smooth and Easy navigation of the web site. Ordering was super easy and shipping was faster than some things I get in the USA. I was kept informed about the shipping and the whole experience was surprisingly uneventful. A delightful process from start to finish!

I see a very high review consensus for this company which is simply baffling to me. I ordered contact lenses in early December. Within a day or two they let me know that they would have to be special ordered and this might take up to 3 weeks and they asked if I still wanted to go ahead with order. I immediately replied that I could not wait that long and cancelled my order which they confirmed within another day or two. In the meantime, of course, my credit card was charged the original purchase amount. Two weeks later I wrote to ask about my refund and I received a reply saying that they were "currently checking the status of the refund". More than two more weeks passed with no communication from MiEyes at all. I wrote again and demanded to know what was happening as it had now been over a month since they took my money and I had heard absolutely nothing. I received no acknowledgement or communication of any kind. I eventually had to file a claim with my credit card company and they issued a credit for the amount and then tried to contact MiEyes who, after yet almost another month and two or three attempts to reach them by my bank finally paid the money to my bank so that my credited amount is now permanent. Long story, horrible customer service.

I found the prices for contact lenses on Mi Eyes to be competitive and delivery timely. Good efficient service.

You have the item I was looking for. Not too many people are carrying it.

Tracking the shipment and delivery gave me peace of mind as the information was updated every step of the way.
