They have honoured their warranty and replaced any defective parts. They stand behind their product and customer service is excellent. Right from when I purchased the umbrella and through the years I’ve owned it. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another one. I told my neighbor and she bought one as well. Great company.

SCAM company - Nonexistent Customer service
SCAM company Customer service, delivery coordination, and 0 responses for over 4 weeks.
I had a commercial interiors project - they were responsive until I placed the order.
Since placing the order 0 responses and I've been on hold for over 30 minutes 3 to 4 times now with 0 call backs or responses to email - bought a lot of umbrellas and have 0 idea where the order is or who to contact.

Defective (fixed) Grande Square Umbrella
UPDATE:
5 days later Midtown shipped a replacement part which works and overall I'm happy with the umbrella.
1 Star subtracted due to:
* poor QC
* ineffective square knots tied in the umbrella cover string
* poor quality stitching in the protective cover around the support rod compartment
ORIGINAL:Received my Grande Square Umbrella, can't assemble it because the foot pedal doesn't allow the mechanism to spin. Seems defective.
