We ordered an umbrella from Midtown umbrellas in 2024 and again in 2026 (need a larger one). The quality of the umbrellas is excellent - much better than what you can find at Home Depot, Rona, etc. There are a ton of colour options to suit your style. 100% satisfied and appreciate the quick/free delivery.

Poor customer service. They never answer the phone and after 1 minute of being on hold it hangs up. No prompt response to processing a return. Web site has no return page to get a label printed. I’ve purchased from them before and was satisfied however it’s a fail this time around.

Spoke to Robert on March 18 who quickly resolved the issue and issued a return label.

You cannot access the return label from the ‘return or exchange’ button - you have to use the ‘contact us’ button.

This review is primarily regarding online ordering experience and not the product, as I haven't received it yet. Website was easy to navigate making colour selection simple and accessories requirements straight forward.

The company is very easy to deal with and the website is easy to navigate. I have bought 2 cantilevered umbrellas from them in the past 3 years and each experience has been positive. When we had an issue with one of the bases, the company sent a replacement immediately. Happy with their products

This company is a scam. I never received my umbrella and customer service is inexistent: phone is out of order, she. You email Them They tell
You to fill a form that doesn’t exist. Chat is a bot that doesn’t help

The quality, price and speed of delivery. My only quibble is that your Website suggests that the products it sells are Canadian made. This is not the case.

I appreciate that the company advertises that the umbrellas are designed and assembled in Canada. It would be great if the economy was such that they could produce their components here too. But I did choose them for the Canadian content.
I have only had the Grande for a month or two - late in the season. But it seems solid and well made and easy to put together. Contact with the company got me to a real person quickly and they answered my questions thoroughly and in an upbeat manner.
